Writers Block, Oh My...

Well, I started this FanFic, I was able to get down the introduction before I started procrastinating. After some time I decided to start writing it again, but I was stopped by some major writers block, I was wondering if you have any advice that may help me get pass this. I really want to finish the story, but I don't know how to start it off again after so long.
