  1. 1. Would it bother you if I used Ideas from the original FoE? (Namely Watcher and the character and general story behind him - try not to reveal it to those who haven't read the story plz)

    • Yes - make it all original please.

Gizmo let out a chuckle and a single tear formed in his eye from the memory of killing Jet. He wiped away the tear quickly before it fell. "Emotion on the battlefield is unwanted. I need to be able to concentrate on my targets and take them out one after another to prevent as much damage to us as I can. I don't like that I had to do that at all, but it was necessary to prevent as much pain to him as I could. I would rather have to shoulder his death myself than someone else."

Strong nodded, a solemn look in his eyes, "You did the right thing Gizmo". he then thought back to what he had said about showing emotion, he realized then, when he saw Jet killed, he had lost control, the anger he felt was like none he had felt before, he remembered lifting both of those raiders off the ground, using complete brute force as he slammed them down, crushing them, Strong shuddered at the memory, "Why did I let myself get like that?" he whispered quietly to himself...

Strong sighed but then chuckled at Gizmo's question, "Well, whenever I was younger, I never was very social, I spent most of my time in the stable guard training room. My father always said 'Your limits is what you make them to be', I took this to heart and decided I didnt want to have any limits, I was already stronger than the other colts my age, but it wasnt enough. I had a pretty rigorous training schedule, but i stuck to it. Eventually, I ran out of weights in the training room (Meaning there were no more weight he could add on) and moved on to lifting equipment, Remember three years ago, the Strong Pony competition? I won that hooves down by lifting two power generators by myself".

"And I ended up having to fix them seeing as you took them off the ground. So is strength all you've got or are you agile as well? Are you able to maintain your footing on changing ground?" He was impressed that they were traveling with someone that strong. They seemed to have taken the best of the best out of the stable.

Strong laughed and gave Gizmo an apologetic look, then continued, "Well, agile to an extent. Years of being a stable guard AND being trained by my dad has taught me to stay light on my hooves, but because of my... large stature... I cant really do well in close quarters and my speed is somewhat... lacking"

"Understandable. I'm intelligent but have very little strength. On agility, I'm decent at balancing and such due to my slender body." He saw a large metal scrap plate and brought it to hover in front of him before he got on it and laid down, the plate still moving at the same rate as he was moving. "And skilled at magic if the object is metal."

"Now if only we could fuse into one superpony. Add a pegasus too for wings and agility." He laid out some of the guns he was carrying and began to take them apart to learn how they work and how they're built. He looked at Aria unconsciously as his mind worked on the guns.

Strong sighed, "A pony can imagine huh?" he said chuckling, he looked down at his battle saddle, his true excitement for obtaining this weapon still hidden from the others, I still need to find... a LOT more ammo for this thing, with her firing rate, I could be out of ammo in a matter of minutes! he thought to himself

"Sorry, but I can't imagine. That's kinda part of the job I had in the stable. Instead of imagining ways to do something, we'd find actual ways to do them." He looked away from Aria and and instead examined the pieces of the guns he had taken apart. "Hey, Strong. Come here and let me get a few of those bullets for that saddle's guns."

Gizmo took three bullets and took apart one of them to learn how they were made. He took apart one of the bullets from a handgun and looked at the gunpowder. He determined they were similar enough to use together and then looked at the casing. Several minutes later, he had five bullets made out of things he had gotten from the rifle and other types of bullets. He held them in front of Strong. "Try these bullets out. If I am correct, they'll work just like the bullets you currently have."

"I'm unsure if they'll actually work though, so you might want to try those out before I make any more. The gunpowder is slightly different and the casing might be a bit off if I messed up on any part."

(Wait for Auth to decide if they work or not.)

Sigh watched Gizmo, impressed.

"Wow," he said. "I've never been good at manipulating objects like that. Telekinesis, yeah, but shaping things is beyond me. Let's hope those bullets work, eh? We might never have to worry about ammo again."

He smiled gleefully.

The bullets created by Gizmo work... most of the time. One in three jam, or simply don't fire. Misfires are a whole lot more common as these bullets are made by a craftsman with little experience with the design and manufacture of the bullet.

(preparing the time jump as soon as I hit post... right about... now).
