I didn't see any other thread dealing with this so I decided to post one myself.

 

Note: This isn't a thread for actual roleplaying, just the discussion of roleplaying in general.

 

This thread is for anything and everything roleplaying! Do you have a favorite moment to share, what is your favorite system (game), do you prefer freeform to rules, do you play PBP or IRL more often, and anything else you want to add!

What is your definition for role playing?

 

Because we have had plenty of game threads for role playing.

I like the idea of Role Playing but I haven't found an RP that I can keep up with.

I'd love to try it, I've played D&D style role playing games before but never on a forum.

For me it is mostly stuff like D&D, GURPS, etc. but I left it open for anything roleplaying like freeform or more uncommon systems.

i enjoy role playing it is amazing to me for some reason i enjoy D&D and other games like it.
