Shining Star gives you a puzzled look and looks to her back. "Oh, Oh my, that is simply not going to do." She closed her eyes and green fires appere on her back and wings replace them. She walks into the room at the end of Storm Rushes story and gasps. "You were struck by lightning! Did you get hurt?"

[Courageous Thunder Dash 7,784]

Suddenly Storm Rush heard the question. "Nope! Just like my cousin Thunder Dash, I wasn't affected at all! It actually gave me a shot of energy! In the end, I flew through The Great Eastern Storm. And that's how I got my cutie mark." Storm Rush said. 

 

"Well, are you ready now?" Thunder Dash asked Shining Star.

"yes i am. I Just out of curiosity, why is it that i can't go into Canterlot?" She asked before stepping out into the exiting tunnels and flexing her wings a bit. She started stretching her wings and then after a few minutes walked into the bright sunlight which made her retreat back into the tunnel.

Thunder Dash looked confused. "What's wrong, the light to brite for you?" Thunder Dash asked. Meanwhile Storm Rush was organizing his papers in his saddlebag and Rainbow Dash was pruning her feathers. Thunder Dash looked at Shining Star, waiting for her to step out into the sunny day.

"its too bright outside." She said a little uncomfortable for being affected this way from the sun. "Is there anything i can wear to keep the sun from hurting me daddy?" She said while giving him the puppy eyes look. She looked back outside barley being able to see anything outside the tunnel.

"The sun won't hurt you, it'll just takes some getting used to. But anyway, take my shades." Thunder Dash said getting his shades from his saddlebag. "Put those on your face and your eyes will be protected from the bright sun." Thunder Dash explained as he got ready to go back out.

Shining Star put the shades on and stepped outside slowly being cautious of the sun. She felt a tingle over her body and then felt calm. "its been a while since i been up here." she explained with a sheepish giggle. "I forgot how beautiful things were up here."

[Courageous Thunder Dash 7,784]

Thunder Dash then gently picked up Shining Star and put her on his back. "There's a better view for ya." He said. He then spread his wings and slowly rose into the air. "Hang on!" Thunder Dash said as he slowly sped up to a light flight. 

 

(OOC: A light flight is a slow relaxing flight, it's slower than average flight speed.)

Shining Star took in the few of Ponyville from the sky. She then hopped off of Thunder Dashes back and continued the light flight flying beside him, constantly taking in the few of Ponyville, but always wondered what was in Canterlot that she was not suppose to see.

"We could fly over Canterlot, but we can't land." Thunder Dash said as he turned in the direction towards Canterlot. After a few minutes they arrived in Canterlot. Thunder Dash slowed down. 

 

Back in the tunnels. Rainbow Dash stuffed herself with some pizza.

Shining Star finally asked the question that was on her mind. "What is in Canterlot that i am not suppose to be able to see daddy?" She flew up beside Thunder-Dash and looked at him with sincerer and questioning eyes. "Is there something bad over there?"

[Courageous Thunder Dash 7,784]

"Well, since the changeling attack, security has been super tight. And you still need to work on those transformations of yours." Thunder Dash said as he began to fly away from Canterlot. He then flew back towards Ponyville but did not return to the tunnels. Instead he flew up to Cloudsdale. "We're heading up to Cloudsdale. Although I don't have my stuff with me. I'm gonna make sure my home is safe." Thunder Dash said.

Shining Star nodded in agreement and when they flew into Cloudsdale her jaw dropped. "WOW!" Was all she could say while taking in the sights of Cloudsdale. She saw the direction Thunder dash was going and followed him closely until she came upon the Rainbow factory. She strayed from Thunder and entered the Factory

Thunder Dash suddenly looked and saw Shining Star heading towards the Rainbow Factory. He then turned and followed her. He then reached out and gently wrapped her in his arms and landed on the ground. "Oh, so you wanna explore some...well...you can't stray away from me like that." Thunder Dash said with a nod. "Anyway, this here's the Rainbow Factory, where all of the beautiful rainbows are made. Don't even try tasting those rainbows, I've seen somepony do it and it wasn't a pretty sight." Thunder Dash said.

Shinning Star nodded. They went into the factory and came across where the rainbows were flowing like a stream. Her being the curious one dipped her hoof into the liquid rainbow and licked it off. her face then changed into different colors and fire shot from her ears. "AHHH! oh horse apples! that's HOT"

Thunder Dash couldn't resist but he laughed so hard, that some worker ponies stopped and looked at him guffawing and rolling on the floor. He then stopped laughing. "I'll say it once and I'll say it again, rainbows were NOT meant to be tasted." Thunder Dash said to Shining Star.

Shining star looked at all the ponies just starring at her and she suddenly felt very subconscious of her self. What she didn't realize was that her wings had changed back from pegasus wings to changeling wings. Being completely unaware of this,tried to shrink behind the vat of liquid rainbow.

[Courageous Thunder Dash 7,784]

Thunder Dash suddenly noticed Shining Star's wings. He quickly but gently flew her to a quiet place. "Gotta have a bit more control on those transformations " Thunder Dash said as he waited for Shining Star to get control and change her wings to a normal pegasus'.

She looks around looking for things that were wrong on her body and noticed the wings. "ok thus was not my fault." She whined, "that rainbow was allot more spicy than pinkie pie lead on it to be." She then stopped for a moment and looked up at thunder dash. "ok so maybe it was my fault. So what happens now? Am I grounded?" She asked holding her head down and changing her wings back.

"No, it would take a lot more for me to ground you. You just gotta have more control with those transformations. I know your still young and you're still learning but still, you gotta have more control. Ponies are still getting used to the changelings living underground. This is why you need to have more control, especially for a young one like you." Thunder Dash said.

"but why do they hate us?" Shining star questioned. "why can't ponies just get along with us changelings?"she went quiet for a minute then looked thunder dash in the eye. "is that why those three changelings are at the house? Because something might happen?" Little did she know was that the three praetorians were watching over her from the ceiling.

[Courageous Thunder Dash 7,784]

Thunder Dash thought at this. He then had a funny feeling. He then looked and saw the three praetarians. "How the hay did you guys find us here?" Thunder Dash asked surprised. He then turned to Shining Star. "The ponies are just stuck in the mindset about what happened in the royal wedding and the war. But it happened so long ago. It has been almost six years since it passed. To come to think of it, changelings and ponies should've been living in harmony by now. We just gotta convince them that changlings don't do harm anymore. Because it goes like this: if we're nice and accept them for who they are, they will do the same. But if we are hostile towards them, they will be hostile towards us." Thunder Dash said.

The tour guide finally comes up and asks if every pony was ready for the tour. Shining start hid behind thunder dash. "what happens if ponies see changelings?" The tour guide did not heart this for she was busy talking about all the rules every pony must fallow. "and last but not least, no pony should ever, EVER, go through this door.

Thunder Dash gently picked up Shining Star and put her on his back. "I'll just take you around myself, I know this place in and out." Thunder Dash said walking away from the tour guide. He then entered the weather factory. The first stop they went to was the cloud making area. "This is where the clouds are made. Suddenly a loose cloud came from nowhere. Thunder Dash caught it and gently placed Shining Star on it. "There! Now you have your very own cloud straight from Cloudsdale!" Thunder Dash said.

Shining star smiled from ear to ear at this. She then went about to roll around on the cloud feeling how soft a freshly made cloud was. The tour guide however did not realize that the two had left and continued talking about the other parts of the factory.
