Dream Car?

The Chevy Volt, for practical reasons. I don't really care about flashiness, speed, performance and such I really only care about MPG because the cost of gas is so freakin' high. The Chevy Volt has a very high MPG and can also run on electricity.

Some more cars:

1977-1989 Aston Martin V8 Vantage

Now that would go somewhere on my dream car list:

James Bond (Timothy Dalton) had one in the Living Daylights which is one of my faverite Bond films

I really like the cars styling

I am not a fan of cars really... I know pretty much nothing about them, I don't like racing or talking about them really. But for some reason I have a love for one car

A 1986 Series III Jaguar Sovereign V12

Another dream car which I plan to get as my first car is the Mini Cooper Sportspack, which was the last of the original Alec Issagonic design Minis before they made the replaced it with the 21st century take on the Mini

Mine would be a Jaguar XJ220. At the time it was the fastest car in the world, with a top speed of 219mph (343 kmh). However, only 200+ were made, so it's unlikely i'll ever get to drive one.

OLIVER!!!!!!!!!!!

That's my dream car, they just don't make them like they used to... (My new best friend and free hugs to whoever knows where this is from.)

You can't have Oliver, he's mine! Mine I tell you! All mine!

Richard Hammond FTW lol. Top Gear FTW. Gotta catch up on the new season, some really awesome stuff going on from what I hear.

The Plymouth Road Runner Super Bird is probably the nicest muscle car I've ever seen,

Its a shame they don't use these for racing anymore.

My dream car is a car made by mighty proletariat for proletariat without bourgeois elements like air conditioner, seat belts, or windshield wipers.

Sooo.... the Trabant? That thing was made out of cardboard, you know. I'm not exaggerating. The thing was seriously made out of cardboard. A "structurally enhanced" cardboard, but cardboard nonetheless.

I just saw this 1988 Rolls Royce Silver Spur on eBay, and it honestly took my breath away.  That settles it, I'm buying one of these things in my lifetime, this one is only $19,000.  Also, the dream of owning one of these is one of the main reasons I'm in college right now.

I remember posting on a similar thread or possibly this one but didn't find it.

So I'm only going to post my number 1 dream cars, I have so many.

My number one favorite is the Lamborghini Aventador, I am a huge car enthusiast, I love everything about cars, the sound, the smell of the gasoline and burning tires. I also of course love their looks.

Lamborghini Aventador, one of the coolest cars made.

Lexus LFA, a rear wheel drive masterpiece.

Have a new dream car it's the BMW M4 2014-15

Prefer a blue one, but this picture looks nice.

Exactly, but with several state-proved alterations, much like this except for the offending piece of graffiti. A portrait of Stalin watching over the motherland would be the ideal substitute artwork for that.

Ahh a thread I can get behind. I have a couple dream cars i'd love to get, Most quite reasonably affordable later in life I feel. I will say this though, most of my dream cars are bigger vehicles. Not really any dinky sports cars cause of my height and general size. happy.png

First, the 2013 Dodge Ram Long Hauler Concept:

One car I also dream of is the Bond bug. Which was a fibre glass three wheeled sports car built in the early 1970s.

They always came in the colour orange, and there very funky and sort of half futuristic and half retro. The way to get in them is sort of funny, it doesn't have two/three/five doors like a normal car, the roof of the car would open like the boot/trunk of a hatchback and that was the door.

Edit: Omg spoilers glitched... anyway, you have the cars here lol.

I'll use my epic necromancy powers to bring back this thread to life, if you don't mind.

I plan on getting a job soon to purchase a car I've actually had a dream about, a Cadillac DeVille.  I love this car, and Cadillac is by far my favorite car company, but I can't decide on what generation of the DeVille to purchase.  I'm looking at the years 1995-2005, and both are beautiful in my opinion.  The 1995-1999s have the tail-fin taillights, the four note 120dB horn, and I like the interior better.  The 2000-2005 is more modern, has sleeker body styling, LED taillights, and gets slightly better gas mileage.

Here's a 1998 DeVille

Here's a 2003 DeVille

Which do you prefer?

It really is a "dream car", it never got pushed out to the mainstream market... I always thought the Aptera 2 was one of the coolest looking cars ever. While it's acceleration was really bad, it's fuel efficiency was stunning. The perfect car for a miserly fellow like myself. The only problem: Canadian winters. but other than that, it would be a great summer car.

I own my dream car. A nice 1969, black, Chevy impala with chrome.

She is a gorgeous vehicle. Bought her when I first came to America, and been working on her ever since. Had to get a new engine, new brakes, replace the windshield, get a new bumper, get a whole new interior. She is all done now. Cost a lot less than buying a nice one immediately. I loved working on her too. All good now. The interior is black, the steering wheel is chained :P

My brother wanted the steering wheel to look like a chain. I have snow chains for the tires when it snows too much, and she handles great for me. Speedy, top handling, sounds good. I love my car.

I not a big car guy, but I do take care of my vehicles. I not like to flaunt it, or "show off" like a jerk. I just like to have a cool car.
