Christian bronies: meet, greet, and mingle!

If you read my profile you'll know that I'm a Christian, so I was just curious if there were other Believers out there who shared my affinity for MLP?  It would be cool to chat with like-minded people about the show!

Present!  Missouri Synod Lutheran, and proud of it!!! B)  There's actually quite a few Christians on the forums, and if you just look around, you can find them quite easily.  At least one other that I know of is Zygen.  But trust me, everypony on the forums, whether or not they're Christian, is generally very nice and civil, and you should try to make friends with anypony out there!  :D

I'm a Brony, and I believe in God. I've been raised in a Christian home and I still consider myself one. I wish there were more, it seems like a lot of Bronies (at least the ones on this site) are Atheists. Not that that's a bad thing, though

Though I prefer to let my actions speak rather than my words and thus don't really speak about my religious beliefs too much I was raised Catholic Christian and still consider myself one though I do have issues with with the leadership of the church. I for the most though don't really care what someone's religion is so long as they don't impose their religious beliefs on me than we are cool.

Kinda, I don't go to church or anything, but I still consider myself non-denominational Christrian(with maybe a touch of random spirituality). I'm pretty much of the "you only need your personal faith to be religious" camp.

I guess the cross on my OC should've been obvious XD.

I was brought up as a Pentecostal Christian but now I wouldn't label myself as a Pentecostal. I've read the bible and have come up with my own interpretations about what it means. There has been moments where my faith has been tested but I can truly say I am proud to be a Christian. I'm always up for a chat.

Oorah! Baptist here, and I know y'all are jealous 'cause we have the best potlucks!

I do know that there are quite a few Christians on the forums, and it is nice to see someone ask.

Haha, Baptists DO have the best potlucks! It's nice to see people claiming the name of Christ, with as many people online as there are who love to mock Believers. For me, being able to chat with those who truly know the miracle of Salvation is just awesome! (Chatting about Ponies just adds to the fun!)

This thread appears to be related to the My Little Pony franchise and/or the Bronydom in general. Thus, it has been sentenced to Sugarcube Corner.

This is an automatically generated message, by the way.

Whoa, me too. That's pretty sweet.

And yeah, I've been a Christian for my entire life. I don't say so on my profile due to general unwillingness to share personal information, but I'm a Christian and proud to be one.

Yup! I'm a Roman Catholic. Been so all my life.

It's nice to see some people of the same faith around here.

Especially in this peculiar and hostile place we call the Internet, that seems very reminiscent to the Soviet Union or communist Albania when it comes to religion.

I was raised a Baptist Christian, and even though I haven't been to church in weeks, I still consider myself a Christian,  I follow the bible and love god. Didn't realize there were so many other religious people here, I've seen quite a few atheists, not that I mind, I don't care if people are other religions then me.

Words, my dear.  The worst persecution you're likely to face on the internet is the odd joke or two.  Comparing that to the oppressive regimes of real-world tyrants is just silly.

I'm a Christian, was raised by Christian parents, and used to go to church every Sunday.

Also, just felt like I should say this.

I was referring to the mindless extreme hostility, not to persecution. Surely you didn't think me making a comparison to some historic regimes means I believe every attribute and action of said regimes are present on the Internet?

That would certainly be odd, my dear. :)

While I agree that it silly to worry about, you've obviously never been to the Deviantart forums, I was having a debate and someone waltzed in to say "Well, then it's(the bible) a pretty f*cking useless book then, isn't it" and leave without even giving a word of intelligent input into the debate, and that's the norm over there.

Now that I think of it, the internet is where some of the world's strangest and/or craziest people find each other.  There are people who still follow the teachings of David Koresh, so I wouldn't be surprised if there were some communist Albanians trading nutty ideas.

CFC(Church of Christ) Brony here! It was actually a girl at my church that introduced me to MLP. I love how close I am to the other teen sat my church, I feel bad for athesists because they'll never have the chirstain-family bond that we do.

Also, not trying to put any other brances dow , but yay CFC, offical religion of Duck Dynasty!

I'm a Christan too! I'm very tolerant towards others beliefs though as long as they don't try and bash my beliefs. even though i'm christan i've began to feel real funny about some of the leadership in church's and how their's a lot less being loving towards one another.

I agree. Why can't all the Christian churches collaborate? It's all Christianity. The entire seventeenth to nineteenth century's wars were based mostly on Catholics vs. Protestants.
