I don't see why we have to constantly argue. They hate us for what we enjoy, and we hate them for what they dislike. Just accept it and leave them alone, and they'll do the same.

Well anti bronies have their reasons. They hate us because of course the fan art. But I think the biggest reason they hate us is cuz how hypocritical some of us are. For example

 

Non-Brony: Every time I get on here there is always stuff related to ponies. I wish it would stop.

 

Brony: Just ignore it

 

Non-Brony: Hey look there's a website called MLP sux

 

Brony: BANZAI!!!!

 

See yes anti bronies are jerks and some are pretty damn stupid. But they have there reasons to hate us.

There's always gonna be jerks on the internet who hate on one thing or another, us bronies included... if you want them to leave you alone though, the best thing to do is to just leave them alone as well- especially if their comments are indirect, which is certainly the most common of all 'hate occurances'. If you are ever directly attacked though, the best course of action is still to ignore of course, but on the internet a well thought-out and well-written response to what will most likely be just hate dribble can be strong as well. Just be careful when to do that though, as there can always be better options like using a website's report system. In the end though, just don't let anything get to you and remember there's always more love out there to counteract any hatred you might encounter. Keep calm and pony on!

A wise man once told me "just ignore it." Maybe if we ignored it and stopped going onto things that have nothing to do with MLP to spam pony stuffz then mayhaps it won't be too much of a burden anymore? Just a thought.

I think that both ends of the spectrum have their bad sides.

It can't be helped when something's hated, people just want to be mean on the internet because they feel empowered behind a computer screen. In real life, there's just too much to say about that. But, I digress, people judge on a whim, like being mean and spiteful just cause they have nothing better to do. If someone displays their own view on the culture/the show etc. in a reasonable sense, then it should be okay but people tend to overreact and get defensive. As a fan, it's good to just keep this in mind and understand that there will be haters but you don't have to conform to what they have to say, as they don't have to conform to what you like. It's a matter of simply enjoying what you genuinely like and moving on from these "trolls" or "anti-bronies" etc. If it's affecting you or anyone mentally/physically, that's when help is needed! I think there are good things that come out of this fandom that outweighs the bad...anyway I'm just rambling!!

Folks fear what they don't understand or can't accept. It makes them feel like their way of life is being threatened so they come after folks who are causing this feeling.

 

Both parties are to blame for the hate that's going around. When someone comes after the borny fandom most bronies reacting in a very foolish and poor manner so more anti-bronies are created. Both sides are guilty and it's a vicious cycle that has no end until somthing new to hate comes along. 

 

Hate, I really dislike that word. It's meaning is so powerful and folks use it so loosely like the word gay.

I've seen some bronies behave just as bad as the "haters", if not worse.

 

I personally think that the "anti-bronies" will just go away, as soon as bronies stop making a mockery out of themselves, declaring war on the "haters" and explaining that the only way to deal with a "hater" is to bash their skull in.

My Opinion is, yes they should leave as alone, because most of that what they say, doesnt even make any sense.

 

Im okay, if someone says, that he finds the show stupid or someone doesnt like bronies, than im completely fine with that, because its their opinion.

 

But i cant tolerate them, when their come from nowhere  and just randomly insult everyone. First off,  insults are childish and most oft the haters and trolls are kids as far as i know, so the sentence " you are a manchild, grow the f*** up " doesnt make any sense.

Second their hate posts come often from nowhere and are posted on Videos and sites that doesnt even have anything to do with it.

 

Example: In one Video there is a shortcut for something in the game, which the lets players dont understand. A brony simple answers this and explains what the shortcut means.

 

Hater : The autism is strong with this one.

 

Another Brony : Could you please stop insulting people?

 

Hater : Could you please stop jerking off to pony porn you fa****! "

 

And i have tons of this examples.I would respect other opinions but most of them is just complete insulting and trolling, thats not an opinion.Thats cyberbullying.

And what should i do now? Just respect this Haters? Why? Its even forbidden what they do,  they just randomly insulting people.

 

If we would ignore them, than they would say ; "Ha, you cant even defend yourself" and their just continue with it.

If we would argue with them, its just starts a neverending comment war which brings nothing.

If we would block them, their just create new accounts and still continue.

If we would only going to our sites, like this Forum for example, you still get trolled! You arent even save here.

If we would build sites only for bronies, like ponytube or this tumblr sites that are specially for bronies, than they would say : " Ha, you think that your a so special, that you need your one sites?" And then they would troll this kind of sites and the comment war would go on and on.

 

If someone has a normal opinion for disliking the show or the bronies, than its okay for me.Im not gonna say anything.

 

If there trolling on every site which isnt even pony related and insult my friends or me like million of times, i cant tolerate them.I can ignore most of this comments, but sometimes i cant.

 

So what i want to say is, it doesnt madder what we do, the hate will go on and on, because their would only stop, if we would stop using ponyavatars, create ponyvideos, create ponyrelated games and stop drawing art.Only then they would be happy, but that would mean that we arent allowed to be Bronys anymore.

 

If someone hates us for reasons, im ok with it. If someone randomly insults and trolls, than i cant help myself and im fighting back.

This has nothing to do with we are the same us haters, if we dislike them.

The point is, that this things arent opinions, their are insults and trolling.

 

So my opinion is, yes their should leave us alone.This kind of hate brings nothing, is stupid and only wastes time of people.

I hear the old "Why must you shove ponies down everyone's throat" routine a lot from haters.  But guess what?  The harder they push, the harder we push back.  Hated groups naturally feel the need to speak out, stand proud, and make themselves heard.  If the haters just stopped, then we'd have no reason to fight back, and all this nonsense would go away.  Besides, what do they have to gain by actively hating?  Do they think they will abolish bronies from the world?  Do they think if they fight hard enough, they will win, and we will give up and say, "You're right.  We'll stop liking the show now.  We're sorry."  Then why do it?  Why waste their time and energy?

Look. As long as fandoms exist, haters will exist. So deal with it; that's all i'm trying to say. Whether they should leave us alone or not is a moot point. We should be wise enough to recognize their provocation and let them waste their time. Speaking out is fine, but they'll always be there to goad you into fights.

 

It's important to distinguish between when is the time to deliver a meaningful message and when to pull the breaks.

 

I'll ask this now not because i'm trying to chide you or anything, but out of genuine interest; if an anti-brony made some nasty remarks at the fandom, and you had something to say, do you think they'd listen?
