Well, Fluttershy, being all quiet and shy, is so adorable.

Applebloom, being a wittle teeny tiny filly and having that accent is adorable.

And Pinkie Pie.. She's just Pinkie Pie. Friggen adorable.

 

But I would have to say Fluttershy is the cutest.

Oh, my. This is a tough one. They, and I assume we're talking about the Mane Six, all have their moments: Twilight is adorkable and aloof; Rainbow Dash's boastful facade sometimes cracks; AJ is stubborn yet extraorindarily passionate in her work; Pinkie Pie is Pinkie Pie; Rarity can be melodramatic; and Fluttershy is perpetually adorable, innocent, and pure.

 

I'm going with Twilight. Her oblivious, bookish nature is especially endearing to me.
