1. Are you playing to have fun or to be the best?

Both, I usually play for fun, but I do sometimes play games just to beat people.

 

2. Do you try to make others have fun too? (I.E. playing as a healer/some type of support character)

Yes and no, not always, but I tend to take leadership roles and will occasionally take support characters.

 

3. How long have you been playing the game you have played the most?

The game I have played the most is WoW (roughly 300days playtime), I've played since beta so... That's like 8-9 years?

 

4. When did you start with these types of games?

I started playing online games about 10 years ago.

 

5. Do you consider yourself a good player?

Yes, and most people I play with consider me to be highly skilled, I was temporarily in a semi-pro minor league cod team (got bored of having to practice constantly)

 

6. Have you ever felt controlled by the game?

The game is telling me to say NO.

 

7. Would you like to switch the game that you play the most to something else? And why haven't you yet if you want to?

The game I have played the most is WoW, recently I've been playing Black Ops 2 more than anything else, so nope.

 

8. Is there something in particular that you remember from your history of playing these games?

Tonnes of epic moments, epic fail- getting into a chopper on a hardcore bf3 server, promptly crashing into half my team, killing them, epic win- Prestigeing on black ops 1 in less than a day, I was in the first 100 to prestige on PC

 

9. Are you happy when you play the game you like the most?

Usually.

I play MMORTS mostly, but MMORPG occasionally.

 

1. Are you playing to have fun or to be the best?

Having fun is the reason to play a game, but being good is cool too. Still, "to be the best" is not me.

 

2. Do you try to make others have fun too? (I.E. playing as a healer/some type of support character)

Yes. I ALWAYS play the support role. Not just to be nice, but because its the most fun for me to see that I'm helping my team through it.

 

3. How long have you been playing the game you have played the most?

Since '07,  SMT Imagine Online.

 

4. When did you start with these types of games?

2007. Same as 3, actually. 

 

5. Do you consider yourself a good player?

Not really, but I do try. I am at least the helper of good players.

 

6. Have you ever felt controlled by the game?

Nope, I've never really gotten sucked into MMO's.

 

7. Would you like to switch the game that you play the most to something else? And why haven't you yet if you want to?

No, I do enjoy it more than anything I've found. But I do enjoy League of Legends recently. It's just as fun for me.

 

8. Is there something in particular that you remember from your history of playing these games?

Yes. On my first day I actually won a trivia contest and about $600 worth of in-game currency. Probably the real reason I stayed playing.

 

9. Are you happy when you play the game you like the most?

Yes, it is enjoyable to know that I can have fun helping others to have fun.
