Yeah i tried that once. I hypnotized myself to be a lucario. Didn't end well since i was growling a lot

I didn't mix files at all I watch a program on Youtube  to hypnotize youself as a pony ?

What?  The videos are the files.  What was meant was that you shouldn't listen to more than one file without listening to the reset file first, because you might go through an identity crisis and your head might explode.

I did that as well and it worked........well kind of. I still feel my left wing but the tail and right wing are gone

Well, I tried it two times (with a brake in between) and the only change I can get to work is making my nose longer and my butt bigger... 

 

It's really relaxing, but it's just not hypnotizing. I find myself constantly thinking about what's happening at school, and my dog, and I keep viewing AJ in a third person view. Any tips?

Just focus on the voice, really.  It helps to listen to relaxing music beforehand, and I find that listening to the induction multiple times to help relax helps.  Eventually, you'll only be thinking about the voice and what it wants you to think about.

Just focus on the voice, really.  It helps to listen to relaxing music beforehand, and I find that listening to the induction multiple times to help relax helps.  Eventually, you'll only be thinking about the voice and what it wants you to think about.

I'll admit I didn't know what I was doing on my first attempt, but I tried so hard to block out my thoughts on the second try. No matter how relaxed I felt, I found myself questioning what the narrator was telling me. 'Do I really have hooves?' and then I remember that I don't and the whole thing is ruined!   I can make myself feel like a pony for a minute or two, but then my douche-bag brain always mucks it up!
