Don't expect results right away, it may take a few sessions, and night sessions. It depends on which pony you do, and you can only do one or you get EKD i think that what its called, only use one or unwanted results will occur. Another thing to note is that if you want to reverse the effects you can use the handy dandy (notebook?) reset file, however it has been noted even when using the reset file and using another hypnosis file EKD still happens, be careful.
