Falsey 44 September 8, 2014 Share September 8, 2014 First of all, let me tell you that this world isn't all sadness and tragedy, you probably just aren't looking hard enough. I mean, there has to be moments in your life where you were very happy/excited/lived/all this good stuff. We just tend to notice the sad things more. Second, everything is kind of an illusion. Everything. We only see the world as our senses allows us too. A blind man's world has no colors. A deaf man's has no sound etc. Reality is subjective. And thus, if someone succeeds, they're only still human to someone else :v Third: We all do stuff that "will never be true" for fun. When I play a videogame, I know I'm not a godly monk slashing through horde of demons, but I still pretend to be for a while. When I watch a movie, I know there's never been an arena where 24 people fight to the death for the entertainment of others, but I watch their stories anyway. We've always "ran away from this world" for fun, in many ways. This is just one more way :v I agree with you on a lot of that actually, as a race, humanity likes to escape from reality, I just don't understand the concept of trying to actually trick yourself into believing it. Also, yes, I suppose for some people seeing the joy and good in the world is an option, but there has honestly never been a happy moment in my life, aside from watching mlp, which, honestly, pulled me back from the brink of death temporarily. I recommend the 7 + or - 2 trance aid they have available on the Hypnoponies forums. I tried it myself, helps me get into a good trance. For trance in general, the key is to just relax. You'll have to sign up at the Hypnoponies forums, and get your account verified before you can access the files. Otherwise, there are several hypnosis files available on YouTube.
