I just thought that the picture didn't fit the words as the rain streaked down Pinkie's coat, the poof had been weighted down and no other sign of the rain being gone was evident.

 

So I reinterpreted them!

She's certainly cute,and while it is not the traditional draw style of the show; calling her "chubby..." is abit out of context my friend because shes not.  Personally i love that design.
