The first emoticon even fits but her half closed eyes and mysterious smile are still the best. You see it is like in the case of somepony avatar posted somewhere. Closer but still not the best version.

Ponies frequently wear clothes - but mosly for special occasions for most ponies (fair few canterlot ponies are only seen dressed though)
