Sad moments

For television?  No question.  The death of Buffy's mom in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. And not just for the death, but the way the episode was made was really bold and daring, almost experiemental- no background music, the lighting, the camera techniques, the way it is structured, etc.  Every possible emotion relating to grief is portrayed in some fashion in this episode, and I (and most television critics, it seems) was stunned when it didn't recceive any Emmy nominations.  Death isn;t shown as just being sad or even tragic, but also a shocking, chaotic, and confusing event.

There isn't anyhting that makes me sad, but something made me feel sad inside and that was when it was black adder 4 and it was the last episode where they charge out of the trench and it made me think thee unnecessary slaughter of boys and men during ww1.
