If you ran in a straight line you'd end up hitting one before you reached full speed, put it that way. There is a path we will be taking though, which is of course going to be flanked on either side by trees, with little-if any-trees on the actual path. Maybe if someone looks hard enough, they may find some pony tracks leading off the road into the woods... Even if I have to pull a deus ex machina type deal I already actually have an idea, it may seem like i've just pulled it from no-where but it was actually planned in at the start. I may just have to incorporate it earlier than I would have liked to. And besides, Ardent Discharge is a veteran adventurer remember? I dont want people to be bored while they're doing this, there's no fun to be had in that. I think the problem is it's taken too long to get going to the point it's at now, and there's been too much - injury, rest, heal, fight, injury - repeat. But if you've all just lost interest then that's fine, can't please everyone But if you want to continue and you have any suggestions on how to liven things up a little, then message me and i'll see what I can add in - like I said this is my first RP and I want it to be a success - that means getting to the end and keeping everyone interested and still having fun by the time we finish. Starshine suggested a little scene between the antagonists, but i've not had chance to put that in yet. I can see how posting about walking everywhere would be boring, but I didn't just want to skip all over the place and lose everyone I think we could also time skip the night while we're at it, and heal everyone up real quick just so we dont have to concern ourselves with old injuries. It'd be easy to pass Losts' wound off as superficial too, just a big scratch, more than anything. This is of course, provided everyone is still interested. Quip is apparently titanically stoned, and we have to sneak into a mountain which is guarded by a bunch of heavily armed pegasi. Also, we nearly had to fight an army of said pegasi, but Maroon created a distraction and they never found where we were hiding.
