Is It A Bad Thing To Wake You From Sleep?

Well, it really depends on if you don't want to get yelled at. I got woken up at a sleepover a few weeks back by a girl on her phone (Let me mention I do not recall saying the majority of this, only being woken up and being yelled at.). Apperently I threatened to smash her phone and called her lots of rude names.

well shit i'll just leave you in the burnin house why the fuck not you want your sleep.

I hate being woken up but if I need to be I won't be too pissed, but if it's for something stupid bad things happen.

Besides my mom used to wake me up for school when I was younger and one day I hit her in the face by accident. lul

I don't like being woke up, but at the same time I don't take it out on whoever woke me up. I can be pretty grumpy, but not in this case, I suppose. xD Maybe because 9 times out of 10 I wake up on my own.

I usually wake up at like 6 in the morning, I am woken up on school days for school, but otherwise I wake myself up almost all the time.

Im not usually grumpy after I wake up. I'm just tired usually because I'm never fully awake until I eat breakfast.

Yes it is. If I wake up on my own, then it is fine. If someone wakes me from my peaceful slumber, then they better have a good reason as to why they did. I will not be in a good mood. I won't be in a good mood even if they give me a good reason, but at least I will understand the reasoning...a few hours later. :P

When I sleep, I'm a hibernating bear: You do not wake me up unless you want the utmost hostility upon my eyes opening. I will wake when I am ready, or if I have set the alarm. If you must wake me, then you must offer a cup of tea as a peace offering, or else the bedroom will become your tomb.

It's probably a consequence of the countless late nights during my final year of University: I've only really gotten to catch up on my sleep lately and often sleep til 11-11:30.

I hate waking up from sleep. Therefore, if you wake me, I'll probably just be grumbly and unresponsive. But I'm more silent than hostile. I only get really pissed off if you just keep TALKING to me when I'm tired. All I want is peace and quiet until I wake up properly. Which takes me approximately several hours. Until then, I snap at anyone who is excessively perky and talkative unless I am explicitly paid not to do so. (AKA customers at work.)

My parents usually unintentionally wake me up since I often get out of bed like four hours after them. It's just something I have to deal with since I'm the one staying up all night and sleeping during the day so I'm not going to blame them for it.

Let me answer your question with another question. Does it hurt to get punched in the face? If I'm waked up by an adult I shoot out of bed and report for duty most of the time. But if It's one of my brothers, I usually argue for the next half an hour with them how just because the sun is up and it's morning doesn't mean I'm getting up with it. By the end I'm wide awake and breakfast is ready

I value my sleep more than I value my... ...hm. I think I ran out of reasonable comparisons for today.

Let's try this another way.

Unless you have an urgent reason which requires my attention to be resolved, if you wake me up just like that I won't tell you to run. I won't even give you a chance to realize how great mistake have you done. So before waking me up, say your prayers.

I hate, HATE when certain members of my family wake me up.

Saturday:

*Is asleep*

A Hey! Wake up already, time to get up.

B Huh... ugh, why.. what time is it?

A 8:10

B ...Jesus, have you gone mad?

A Just get up already.

B Why...?

A Because it's time.

No other reasons. Get up 'because'... I can literally hear those daemons laughing at me from their shoulders...

It usually depends on the person waking me up and their manner of speaking. I can't really explain why my reactions differ because of this, but it's probably because I get annoyed at some people more than others.

I usually have an alarm to wake myself up, though. Thing is, my body clock sometimes wakes me up a couple of minutes BEFORE my alarm goes off. I find it pretty cool, actually. There was this one time in which I woke up exactly two minutes before my alarm was set to go off! My alarm got ninja'd.

I don't really mind. If I'm awoken, I'm barely even grasping on to what someone's saying, and by the time I wake up I most likely forgot that someone woke me up. If anything I don't usually get angry at who ever is waking me up, I just don't respond.
