writing Seeing the Lonely Road

A flower to dance upon the wind
Carried forth by a breath of hope
And unto its designation of troubled spirits

 

A lonely road left and forgotten
An allusion to a better time
Paths trodden down no more

 

Standing at the start of this road
All you need do is hold out your hand
And watch for the dancing flower
As it falls into your grasp

 

Take notice of the life that you hold
And look again towards that lonely road
