If you'd like to know...

I can run about 50 yards in 5 minutes. I can do 60 push ups without stopping. I'm pretty athletic for a girl. I play a lot of sport like basketball, tennis, football, track, golf (I don't think it counts because its a lil boring for a sport) and soccer. I'm surprised I'm not buff, but I'm a girl, so. Oh, and a do weights sometimes when I'm at my gym.

I like to think I'm very athletic. I do 280 pushups/420 situps daily, and I run every day (transferring between distance and interval training). I love cardio. I play football, basketball, and soccer outside of that and I really want to start in weight training on a more regular basis as soon as I can.

Pfff, amatuers. I can do 5 push ups before sweating like an ocean, I can sprint around 50 meters before I get exhausted. I'm in so great shape, I'm considering to join the Olympics

Welp, considering the fact that I play competitive high school fooball and baseball, am a part of the mountain-biking club, and am training to be a lifeguard when I turn 16, I'd like to think that I'm a fairly athletic person. I lift/ cardio-train almost every day. It's fun :3

I'm Built for running at 6'3" or just under 2 meters.

I usually lap everyone in gym class when warming up. Even the Douche-bag football players.

I like to lift weights no idea why though. I bench 135lbs or 61Kg and squat 305lbs or 138kg which is just around average.

I don't do ball sports, board sports like surfing skateboarding and snowboarding I'm good at.

Not the most athletic person but I can keep up.

Well... What can i say about my self?

I am hate jogging, first of all cuz i found it pointless for myself (no offence). Maybe reason of hating it is cuz i am a bit fat, and i go out of breath fast, so i dont think that i can run fast (10+km/h) more than well... 30 seconds?

However i am quite stubborn. I dont like to do push ups for my healthy (Cuz i am fat, you know) so maybe will have about 10 for my health at max, but if someone will force me to do them for some good for me reason, i think i can do about 50. I doubt that can make over this limit.

In spite of joggin i do enjoy by slow walking (if you mean that) and i think that i can walk about 4-5 hours without any problem.

Havent weightlifting in a while. I could push 70 at my top, but know i am too lazy and weak to do it so maybe... 40? or no, if somepony will bеt with me i think i can make it 65... maybe once or twice... but this must be my limit.

If you asked me that question two weeks ago, my answer probably would have been "not at all."

But in the last week I started a very intense fitness routine. In the words of Mark Wahlberg from Pain and Gain, "it was time to push myself harder." I'm sick of being who I am and I finally want to be the athlete I never was. As it stands I spend about an hour+ in the gym everyday doing cardio and machines. Plus I'm on Xenadrine for the extra boost.

I don't play any sports (never have), but I'd like to change that once I'm in better shape. Maybe it's too late for that, though, I don't know...

I'm just trying to make up for years of neglecting my body as quickly as I can so I can catch up to the level of athleticism of my peers.

I can run about 10 whole paces before I collapse and die.

But no, seriously, I am the polar the polar opposite of athletic. However, if you look hard enough, you might actually find some meat between my skin and bones.

Not very at all. Apparently I needed physical therapy as a child, didn't get it and now I am exceptionally weak. I can't do athletics because I have weak lungs. To maintain 110lbs I have to diet, I hate hate hate it. If I envy anything it's people's athleticism. I always wished to be a gymnast. If I didn't have health problems and about 10-20lbs lighter I could have been one. :|

I'm not nearly as athletic as I want to be.

The most I've ever been able to run without stopping is 10 miles. However, I can run an average of 4-6 miles.

I can do about 20 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, and can bench about 70-75 pounds. I really need to get some more upper arm strength.

Not nearly as much as I used to be I have never been much of a runner except for a few short spurts but I have been gifted with abnormally high strength especially lower body strength. Since late middle school I have had the build of a football player, though I have struggled with keeping my gut down I did lose a lot of weight when I first got hired at a grocery store as a General Merchandise Clerk as lifting heavy waters and running my butt off did wonders. The knee injuries I got after my promotion to food clerk sure put a damper on that though and I gained most of my weight back but plan to take that off and bring myself back to where I was during my physical peak when I could bench 350 pounds and leg press 1200 pounds.

Just wondering...

I can run like 2 km at 12 km/h without stopping, +/- 2.2 km if I push myself, after that I'm done. Can't do more than that :/

I can do like 25-30 push ups, after that I'm just finished. Beside the physical education I receive at school I mostly don't do much exercising, I however do use the bicycle for almost anything. And I have no problem walking/hiking for 3-4 hours. I can't sprint on top speed longer than 30 seconds.

Weightlifting is something I don't do, never really bothered doing it. However I'm quite agile.

Well, I'm not really the most athletic person you will see, just wondering how about you guys?

Well I am actually an Olympic Athlete in pre-2016 training. I have been swimming for seven years and have set both state and national records in the United States in the 50, 100 fly and the 50 freestyle. Hoping to compete in the next Olympic games for my country!

If you asked me that question two weeks ago, my answer probably would have been "not at all."

OH Hush Bassman, you are a pretty damn dedicated athlete as of late, considering the amount of work that you put in ;P Just keep grinding

If you really have any actual Olympic aspirations, you need to start putting in hours on the track, the Olympic qualifiers are strict, tight margins that only the best can hit. What are you times?

Truth being! I am NOT very athletic at all. Kind of sad, yes? But seriously. I cannot lift a lot and run very far. I dunno, I just don't really wanna be super athletic. I mean, I am not the weakest thing alive to where it is unhealthy, but lets put it this way. Im not that strong.

I like to think I'm fairly agile.  I can run a mile and a half in around 12-13 minutes, can probably do something like 40-50 pushups in a row and 50+ situps.  The last few days I've been slacking though, and I need to start working on my swimming a bit more.  Maybe incorporate a little of what I learned from years of taekwondo somewhere in my training

If I'm pushed hard enough, I can jog a mile in 10 minutes, and then I'm dead. I can't do a full pushup. I can nail 20 sit ups before I need a break. I don't bench press, and barely excersize (I  take a muay thai class twice a week and occasionally go on a walk for 3 or 4 hours) and I'm about 193 lbs. I cannot remember the last time I actually swam, other than dicking around in my friends lake a few times.

I'd say I'm in OK shape. Reenacting can require some intense stamina. Last event we had to march five miles in the hot sun. Plus I play the bagpipes, so that also helps some too.

Not very. I haven't tested my running much, but I know that my endurance is pretty wimpy. I can do 20-30ish push-ups and sit-ups until I start doing them pathetically, which reminds me that I need to do those more often.

However, doing ballet technique classes each week has given me much better balance and posture than average, and I'm OK on flexibility. My muscles aren't huge, but they certainly are there. I'm not squishy.

I don't enjoy physical activity. Whenever I exercise, I'm constantly in a state of "can't wait for this to be over", the same way that some people constantly check the clock at school, waiting for the class to be over. And it's not like I can just focus on something I find more interesting than exercise, like I do when I'm waiting in line. Being naturally a bit of a klutz, concentration is important for me to not screw something up, but of course I inevitably lose track of something. I'm just not in my element, I suppose.

For some reason, it takes hours for me to even notice that I'm tired when I'm on a photography excursion, so I guess that counts for something! I usually get mentally exhausted before I get physically exhausted.

It's funny; I'm totally unfit (I mean REALLY unfit, running for over a few minutes and i'm half dead.), but I can play sports like nobody's business.

I can pass amazingly when I play footy with my mates, but i'm always getting subbed off in the first half because i'm so tried (I usually get subbed back on though, strange rules but they work well.)

Ehhhh, i can run a good 3k at an even speed, but I'm not a fan of running. I do like to play Bball though, nothing professional though.

I haven't bench-pressed as of late, but i can do 180 (x2 90lbs) on the flat dumbbells (don't know what the equivalent would be XD)

For legpress, I'm not sure, as i just load the thing up with a bunch of 45s every time without counting, lol.

I may sit in front of my computer for most of my free time, but considering I'm only 16, Id like to think I'm fairly strong :)

Quite, actually. I'm at the gym every other day, unless basketball or band practice conflicts with it.

I can bench over 200, and do sit-ups with 100 lbs.

And now I feel like an egotistical bastard.

Thanks a lot, thread :P

Meh, I can run an under nine minute mile easily. Other than that, I can't really do much. I'm just too skinny play sports like football. Oh well, I'm more into music anyways.

Oh dear, I'm really out of shape. I'm not fat fat, but I do consider myself overweight (but honestly what member of my gender doesn't? lol). I consider myself out of shape because I can hardly do anything physical anymore. Walking across campus at my university wears me out way too much. When I'm carrying my bassoon it's much worse. I know it's a heavy instrument and everything, but I would have never felt this worn out a few years ago. I blame it on my declining health.

I want to ignore it, but because it wears me out so much taking my instrument home I just leave it at campus in the practice room outside of weekends and that is taking my time to practice down way too much.

But if it's because of that there isn't much I can do... =(
