You don't seem like the type who would...?

I guess I could say that I am kind of similar to what you just said. I love heavy metal and hard rock but I would not categorize myself in looking like someone who does like that music. But hey at least we both can enjoy good music right!  happy.png

Lol, I guess I do look like a metalhead; I'm into hard rock and metal, and do look like I am. What people are surprised about is that I also love hair metal bands like Poison. Oh yeah, and Duran Duran and Blondie. People think that I ought to only listen to one type of music, cuz I like wearing band t-shirts especially concert tees, have dyed red and blonde hair and wear thick black eyeliner.

Hmm.. something you wouldn't do, or that people wouldn't expect you to do....

I have no idea! I'm quite a predictable person, and sometimes even surprise myself! img-1391138-1-laugh.png

I guess the most unpredictable thing I could ever do is

  • Become a ballerina/ dancer since dancing is one thing I suck at a LOT. And I don't care much for it anyways.
  • Become a singer. Or anything that involves music. Except being a remix artist might not be too off the charts.
  • Also, becoming a hippie. I would be very surprised at mysle fif I did that.

I don't seem like the girl to stick my hand up for a dance contest... Nor do I look like I'd like MLP for that matter! Or anything remotely childish or girly...

So, the story of the dance contest...

Ah yes, it wasn't a big dance contest, there weren't even any real prizes... Except maybe respect... It wasn't some reality TV show, just a girl who felt like shedding her shell for once, and the rest of her year level from her school dancing...

I'm shy... I come off as feminine at first, but then I seem tomboyish... I'm really somewhere in between... But at that exact moment, I stopped listening to the logic in my mind and acted before thinking... One moment of impulse and I was in there, dancing... I was the most introverted girl in the grade, and I was DANCING in the middle of a circle, all eyes on me... Respect was gained that day... Lots of respect...

Hmmm... this question sounds like a lot of fun! Too bad I fill out so many stereotypes... Let me think.. *time passes*

I suppose I don't seem like the kind of girl who would be a loner, or at least that's the conclusion I draw from people pestering me with their company at school. Like sheesh, they don't give me any space at all! They must be totally oblivious or something. Sometimes, I wish these things were more apparent to others.

People are usually surprised when I start to talk about horror movies/stories/video games ect., especially the gory ones. Apparently, I'm too nice to like that kind of stuff. They are also surprised when I start to talk about books/movies/video games ect. with some mature contents in it because I'm rather prudish IRL. Finally, they pretty much freak out when I start fangirling on bad guys of fictional works (books, movies, cartoons, comics, anime, mangas ect.). They all expect me to fangirl on the Smart one or on the Mr. Nice Guy...

Hmm, well because I am a girl people do think it is quite strange for me to like MLP, really I do tell them men watch it they don't believe me... and I guess people don't think I look like a would sing either, because I am a tomboy. But you know I don't listen to my wako classmates and I just carry on doing that stuff anyways! :)

All I'll say is that I have strange some pornographic interests that may squick some people out and make them give me odd looks if they ever found out about them.

...Well, okay, not *that* strange, but still...  most people think I'm a pretty straight laced guy.

well nobody would expect me to like my little pony since i am more of  a darker person at school and a loner so liking a show about colorful ponies who love friendship is kind of unexpected.

Another thing that people wouldnt expect me to be good at is planning things like trips and schedules.  I can make these schedules down to the minute.  So if my friends want to go on a huge trip like the one we took to mall of America they ask me to plan it out but other people would never expect that because with other things i can be pretty unorganized. laugh.png

I have to say, I have a perfect scenario for what you are talking about.

I was invited to my friend's Birthday party, and a guy I know from class was invited also. So when I started acting all wacky and all-out weird he just looked at me funny and said "I never thought you were the kind of person to be this loud, I mean your so quiet in class." It kind of bothered me because most people I know think I am pretty random. But I guess it's the fact that when I am around my friends I can be goofy and not get in trouble for it. most of the time.  So he was pretty surprised when I started skipping and yelling random words.

Anyways, that's mine.

Most people don't expect me to be superstitious in the least. I always rant and rave about how science holds all the answers and if you analyse a situation it'll work out. So most people give me weird looks when they see me reading about zodiac or find me taking random things as bad omens.

Another thing nopony expects of me is that i actually care a whole lot about what others think of me. Most people including my close friends think of me as the guy who doesn't care what people think. Honestly though i am terrified of being judged that's why only 2 people know i'm a brony.

I love hard rock, and... Mostly anything rock! But, I look more like a kid who gets straight A's. Which works in my advantage >:D

(Hope none of my teachers are on this o.o)

Well, i do not seem like the type of guy who would like to watch My Little pony, A lot of people seemed to be surprised when they knew that i watch My little pony!

I usually like things that includes  "Blood and gore" or Tough stuff.

Huh, believe it or not, I had many moments like that.

Most go through the same thing though like: "You don't like someone who's generous."

Most of the things people assume come from the way I look and act to people.

Heck, once, someone in high school told me: "You don't look straight." But I just told them and things went well.

Looking back though, everyone seems to think negatively towards me before noticing, I feel sad.sad.png

People normally tell me I don't look like a brony. I love metal core, I love all things dark/grimdark because I am a sick mother f***er and I am a skateboarder. I hang out at the skateparks with all the skaters who are 'cool', yet I watch a show for little girls. Yes, it annoys me people ask me that question. It implies that bronies should look nerdy or something xD

Well most people don't know about me being a brony, so I guess that would be it for me

Ah the way I look  no pony would have guessed I love MLP as much as I do... want to see me... look at my profile.. anyway that and being a homosexual...

Same for me, (except for the homosexual thing) but that's fine to me though! I've got a friend who's gay too and I really don't care about that!

So who is anyone to judge or assume my taste in music based on my "look" or how I seem to people?

It just sounds like something you would say, similar to "That weather seems nice today", only it has a very negative tone:

"Looks like you are not the person we assume you are!"

Well, maybe they don't know you? They just base it off what you look like?

I got most people say I'm not the type with a short temper or being aggressive or just plain mean. Anyone who knows or hang out with me would think I'm the type who's always calm, laid-back, kind, and reserve. I'm pretty much am, :oh_golly: but if something ticks me off..welp, be prepare to see the other real side of me.  :Cozy:

Most people say that I don't look one that studies, and that I don't look the type that is shut off, truth is all the contrary. I put more effort to history studies than having a social life at all.
