Never been a fan of ham... never have, never will... (I don't taste things much, unless it has a strong taste, then I can taste it slightly)

I mean, I'll eat it, if it's like... my dinner, but I would never go out of my way to buy any, that's for sure... Besides... chicken all the way!

My guess is to why ham is "so good" is because of it's natural flavouring...
Ham comes from the farm animal Sus scrofa domesticus, which is the domestic farm pig...

It has been known that this animal is widely harvested for it's meat. Many human beings cook this in many forms, such as "Sausage, bacon, ham, pepperoni, etc..."

I usually just go with American but Provalogne (I highly doubt this is how you spell it) is pretty good.

Cheddar is, obviously, the boss. Pepperjack and mozzarella as well.

 

Other that that... Havarti, gouda, and Jarlsberg are my favorites.
