Sounds like it'll be out this summer. I'd assume it'll be easy to find at most stores that carry board games since the other versions I see all the time. Ill be getting this though. Need a copy of monopoly anyway.

Boardwalk = Canterlot Castle (?)

Park Place = Crystal Empire (?)

 

I imagine the railroads will be something like "Friendship Express", "Magic Express" etc. etc.

 

I'd buy it, just so I can charge my friends bits instead of dollars when they land on my spaces.

$40 does seem to be a bit high for this, but looking at some other monopoly boards like Nintendo and Dr. Who it seems to be the average price for themed boards.

 

The only monopoly set i have is a Pokemon one.
