Submissions are re-opened until I close them by writing a post saying so, so you are still free to upload your picture if you think that you are a very pretty girl-brony (pegasister).

The contest didn't come up as I expected so, I think that a girl-brony contest would be a much better idea. This is a contest in search for the cutest girl-brony (pegasister) in MLPforums

 

 

 

PROS

•  We generally assume that users on here are males, so seeing some users posting their  pictures as a girl would increase the surprise factor and reduce the favoritism.
• People voting would be males in majority so, yeah....
• More votes.

 

CONS

• Reduced amount of girl-bronies can be a problem.
• Risk of getting another PAPOY thread.
• Favoritism.

 

 

 

OK my girls, it's very simple, if you think that you are a pretty girl, cute, photogenic, with good genes or just want to have fun or a laugh, then post the best picture that you have of yourself, but be careful! once you use a picture you can no longer use it on upcomming rounds.

 

SYSTEM (EDITED - PLS READ!)

• new! You will submit up to 1 picture per round (though you can upload several pictures in 1 post, it's up to you. However if you feel like posting more pictures, you are free to do it, but your first post will be the only one considered).
• new! The voting system will fbe managed with a poll, so each member of the forum can vote just once
• new! As soon as the poll is opened, submissions will be closed. The poll will be open for a limited period of time, and you can only vote ONCE
• I'll link the contestants pictures on the first post.
• Depending on how many girls we have, I will make top 10, top 5, top 3 rounds. But it will depend on how many contestants we have.
• If you pass to the next round, the picture that you used for the previous round can not be used any longer, you must submit a new one.

It's "Most Handsome Brony Contest." Do you tend to call the girls you think are good-looking "handsome?" I don't think it's really fair to pit males and females against each other in a contest of attractiveness. Seriously though I don't and you're right. The girls (few and far unfortunately) in the fan base deserve a separate contest.

A lot of people know me around here for my drawings, but I guess it couldn't hurt to put a face to a name. I don't want everypony thinking I love myself though, this just looks like fun! I don't really enter contests and I bet it'll be great to meet lots of other female bronies!

 

My hair is a different colour now, but I quite like this picture.

I'm not sure if the title works for or against the thread. I came in because I wanted clarification on what "girl-brony" meant and was wondering how such a contest would be done.

 

Now I'm here I think it's a great idea, just for fun, and a good way to get some of the ladies out here so we can prove there are more of us than people think.

 

That being said, I'll go find a picture. I don't intend to win, being older than most the girls posting here, but I want to show my support.
