Zelda glitches are so cool, watching OoT and Wind Waker speed runs can really show oof some absolute craziness. I find being able to glitch out of bounds in a game world and being able to successfully navigate through that fascinating in general really. :o

There was this one glitch I found in Skyrim that was really humorous. This dragon was flying in small circles. While doing that, it was slowly descending until it clipped through the ground, then it was gone. Oh Bethesda, you and your crazy glitches.happy.png

Anyone heard of the Arkham City flight glitch? If you stand on a railing and continuously throw freeze grenades, you can fly over the wall. Turns out the developers built a whole Gotham for you to look out at while you play.

and here's Borderlands 2, a corrosive barrel exploded near by...and when I opend the ammo chest, a box of pistol ammo was coated in it.

I also hada pic of a glitch in Falloout: New Vegas, I was on a quest to kill a raider/bandit/scavenger leader...(the guy that uses only a 9 iron)I killed him and his head glitched into a busted wall.

I haven't found any topics about this yet, so I guess I'll make one. (I hope there isn't any)

So yea, I'm sure that, all of you gamers, have found some glitches in video games you were playing.

From the Atari to the recent consoles, glitches were always parts of the games. They are everywhere, some abused and some waiting to be discovered. Some may be frustrating, really funny, or even disturbing.

Share your experiences :)

While trying to beat Dark Link in Zelda Ocarina of Time, I found a weird glitch...

The actual room is a dome, even if it's an illusion. So I tried to actually beat him, not use any tricks like the hammer trick or anything.

So I got him stuck in a corner, and I attacked, doing a stab, but as usual, he climbs on the sword and slash you with his sword. But since the room is a dome, he got stuck in the wall. Then he kept jumping, he wouldn't stop. And he jumped at a very fast rate, enough to produce a weird sound. The he slashed me, and killed me, since I had almost no life left. This was kind of surprising I guess.

Also, I love abusing glitches in Pokemon Blue. It's fun to see all the things you can come up with. :)

I have much more, but I'll wait for you to post a bit. (Super Smash Bros. lol)

Well, let's see here:

  • One time while playing GTA IV Ballad of Gay Tony's story mode, I was shooting the enemies when my character fell right through the map and it stayed like that for 5 minutes while I was trying to get back on land. It eventually unglitched itself and placed my character back on the map.
  • When playing Sonic '06, I was playing as Shadow with my friend who was Sonic. I jumped to one location and Shadow got stuck in mid-air while shaking. My friend tried the glitch with Sonic and it got her stuck as well...we had to reboot the game; what a mess.

I like the glitch in Smash Bros Brawl that gives you Giga Jigglypuff

And then Simpsons Hit and Run were full of some pretty hilarious glitches too

Skyrim if full of glitches but two of them really annoy me because I never found a way to fix them.

1. In one of the missions you have to get a former Blades member, Esbern out of his underground bunker home in the sewers in Riften and back to Delhpine. When you convince him to open the door for you, he doens't. He just stands there doing nothing.

2. There are three things you have to do before fighting Alduin and that is completing the campaign for the stormclocks or the empire or if you want a more peaceful way, negotiate a ceasfire between the Empire and the Rebel Stormcloaks. During the negotiations Esbern tries to save the negotiation when it goes bad and after that everyone stops talking and nothing happens and you are stuck sitting there.

I couldn't pick out of my multiple glitch experiences the most delightful one. What I will post, though, are some fantastically funny glitches from Skate 3. Here's a great compilation video of how zany some of the glitches can get.

(Some of you might have seen this video before on Reddit)

A glitch that I found while playing Black Ops II was, when I was shooting one of my enemies I fell right through the map. I was just laughing my head off when I fell through the map.

One time when I was playing True Crime New York City and I somehow ended up below the city. I was walking below everything. I could shoot upwards towards everyone but it did absolutely nothing. The bullets would hit where the ground supposedly was. Really weird.

I was playing Borderlands 2 and got downed by an enemy. I switched to a rocket launcher and killed the guy and got second wind. I think I might have done something weird because afterwards I had unlimited ammo for my weapons. I was shocked by this, but didn't complain. This glitch was a great benefit that helped me out quite a bit.

I would mention one in Fallout New Vegas, but that game itself is one big glitch. So, no reason to.

@, I freaking love Helix Snake's videos. So zany, hilarious, and show off Skate 3 very well.

Since I play on the Xbox I normally depend on glitches to be my cheat codes for Fallout/Elder Scrolls. Mr. Sandman on children for infinite exp. Fallout New Vegas had a casino giving unlimited caps. Skyrim had the restoration glitch for infinitely powerful armor.

Off the top of my head I remember using the duping glitch in Oblivion to make a ton of money selling expensive items.

Then there is the glitch in Disgaea 2 which allowed you to toss allies straight through solid objects if you move the cursor to the space immediately in front of the wall and selected it at the same time. I used that one all the time in main story and in the item world; it saved a lot of time.

I was playing bf3 and I found one. I was using my M320, on shot rechamber, grenade launcher, and I made it semi-auto somehow. Best part it had infinite ammo because it was tricked into thinking I was only firing one grenade over and over again.

I remember one incident in wow brought a friend and I pretty close together for a while...

So my friend was running me through the scarlet monastery in vanilla. He was a 60 mage and I was like a 20 or so warlock. We try to fight off the hound master, a boss. He prove d to be too much for my friend and we ran out of the dungeon.

Now, the thing about him is that when you start the fight, he yells "release the hounds!" When we left mid battle, we must have glitched his AI. On reentry through the portal, we just hear him yelling "release the hounds" repeatedly for over six pages of chat spam. Good times those were... Boy did we laugh!

One time, in Forza 4, I don't know if the server crashed or something, but all the cars were driving about 50 feet above me. And all the debris was above me as well.

Also, in Dead Island: Riptide, the ingame captions sometimes got stuck (happend a lot during the prologue) and for some reason, when that happens, it prevents me from going to the next checkpoint. I had to completly turn off my 360 to unstuck the captions.

That's all I can think of right now. I might post more later.

Had a glitch in The Last of Us during High School Escape. As I had pushed the button to grab Bill's hand and get through the window, I was grabbed by a runner and when the runner let go, Joel got stuck in the ledge you climb up on to get through the window. I was unable to get myself out, and when I aimed the gun, the infected vanished after a few seconds. I had to restart the encounter to advance.
