Amusingly on pretty much one of the most half-baked charges ever - and hell my "crime" falls somewhere under full-baked. Zira/My Lullaby is pretty much the only thing good to come of the movie. At least that's how I remember it. In my opinion, its one of the best Direct-to-video disney films. Its decent. And the villain song is one of the best out of the D-T-V series, which had some decent villain songs.
