It's difficult to answer that question. Since it isn't found on earth, I'm unaware if it even has a name in English at all.

42 hasn't put much thought into what the fictional, floating 42 version of himself is made of. 42 is likely to just come up with these things as we go. Also, 42 is back to talking in third person!
