Similar situation here in that I can't view embedded videos on this computer either. But that's not because of parents or anything. I haven't lived with them for years. Actually most of my evening time here is from my work computer (I love my job), but their proxy settings do heavily limit my access. Like, youtube is blocked, facebook is blocked, most game sites are blocked. But luckily forums aren't! So yay.
