Somehow that reminded me of Polandball where Brazilball is about to light a cannon, and the banner that reads "Order and Progress" instead reads "Pew Pew".

It was a Polandball comic that described the breakup of Yugoslavia as Yugoslaviaball attending a carnival and wanting to launch himself from a cannon, with Brazilball lighting the cannon. Yugoslaviaball exploded into a bajillion different countryballs: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro... There's a lot. And some of them haven't stopped breaking up after that initial breakup.
