I just like making things in Minecraft, and one of them is the infrastructure needed to get a certain thing from point A to point 2.

 

Oh I see. And point A to point 2? xD Hehe. Are you interested in transportation stuff like that? Like roads and all of that?

What's the weather like for everyone else here?

 

Been chilly here. Not too bad. But I am in Arkansas so it's not too terribly cold. And also you are in Florida so it's warm there. xD

Considering last year was about fifty to sixty something degrees as our high and now it's double that this year... wtf

Excluding very specialised languages with no other analogue, Visual Basic, C++, and some Assembly language.

Hmm I see. I know some coding like PHP and MySQL and stuff like that, for web pages, but that is it. I should learn to program more cause it is interesting. -shrug-

I miss my multi-monitor setup, but should I try to limp along with my analog (VGA) monitors or just (opportunistically) get digital (DVI, HDMI, or DisplayPort) monitors? I mean, I want a 1920×1200 monitor because I actually prefer 16:10 monitors more than 16:9.

Oh I see, yeah. Do they have a 1920 x 1200 monitor? I remember the google nexus 7 had that resolution, but the navigation bar took up part of it and I think it scaled it back down to 1920 x 1080. -shrug- My laptop has a 1920 x 1080, the resolution I need really. I know the surface tablets have this crazy huge resolution, everything looked tiny when windows was scaled to 100%. Especially the new Surface laptops.

16:10 monitors are hard to find because of how ubiquitous 16:9 monitors are. Well, my monitor setup's probably gonna be me ditching my analog monitors for two 1920×1080 monitors and ditching my 1680×1050 monitor for a 1920×1200 monitor. At least that way, my central monitor's still bigger than the side monitors. (The more expensive route is going all the way to 2560×1440; a monitor of that size would have so many pixels that it makes no sense to stay at 16:10, at least with where I'm going.) Oh, and none of them can be VGA.

 

Also, have you ever seen a monitor with a 64:27 (AKA 21:9) aspect ratio?

 

 

Mmm, good lord... How long has it been...?
