To make it fair non-counting posts shouldn't be counted

To make THAT RULE fair you can only count after someone else has already counted

You can have both rules or neither, you can't just take advantage of one

@Annie Sorry, I guess I'm applying CtaM logic to this game. 

If you give the wrong number, it doesn't matter, it'll be accounted for.

If you don't give a number, your post still counts towards the total, it'll be accounted for.

If your number is doubled up, it still counts and will be accounted for.

If you give two numbers in a row (possible after 30mins with "new improved" mlpf) it receives mixed emotions, but it helps towards the total.
