mega thread Last Movie You Watched?

I just watched "Megan Is Missing" and "Amber Alert"...what did I think?

Well, I liked the movies, but...the endings for both.

The ending in MIM was downright disturbing, while AA's ending just made me angry...

"Megan Is Missing" - Fictional drama based on actual events, about 2 teen-age girls who encounter an internet predator.

"Amber Alert" - When a group of friends decides to follow a car they've seen posted on an Amber Alert, things start to go very wrong.

The Blair Witch Project

It's decades before the Brony phenomen.

In the meanwhile in 1999 this movie were a hit on the early internet at that time.

Of other legends like this there are the Boggy Creek monster.

Worth a rent.

7/10

I recently saw the sequel to the original Percy Jackson movie, Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters. I recommend it if your new to mythology of Gods, Goddesses, and other mythical creatures.

It gets a 7/10, from me.

I just watched "Battleship" I couldn't count how many lame references Hasbro/Michael Bay made to the actual game.....they were so lame....especially when their radar goes down and they use the buoys as a grid, and announce like "F11" just like the game. I face-palmed at how bad they were....and a WWII Vet actually said "You're not gonna sink this Battleship" and the projectiles the aliens used actually looked like the pegs from the game.

Why Hasbro.....why?

The suits the aliens had on also looked like a rip off of power armour from Halo and/or the space suits from Deadspace.

The Dark Crystal and The Hunger Games. The first one was an old fantasy movie, realized with puppets and many analog special effects, one of the best movies I have seen to be honest, I'll give it 5/5 whatevers, the second one part of a wannabe-mega franchise aimed at teenage girls, still it was good too (4/5) so I ordered the novels.

Last Thursday it was Pacific Rim, and probably a week prior to that was Now you see me (which I am really considering writing a parody fan fic on). So far, 2013 has been a good year for movies w/ Pacific Rim, Now you see me,  42: the Jackie Robinson movie, and of course Equestria Girls.

I really enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone who loves action comedy movies.  That is all I have for now.  Thank you for taking the time to read my reply and I hope to read a lot of really good replies and posts in the future.

That's how I watch my movies.  I like them all well enough and I like comparing them while I'm in the middle of watching them.  It also helps that I usually have friends who watch these with me most of the time so we can drink and have fun.

He's like freakin Chuck Norris. It was all just so epic!!

And he took on freakin ninjas for crying out loud!

I ain't gonna put spoilers here though. You just have to see it to believe it!

Watched Warm Bodies last night. It's a true "everybody movie". It's got comedy, romance, action, and suspense. A really fun movie I definitely would love to watch again some time.

world's fastest indian

the bike in that film is too epic for the word epic.

it has a single vaalstroom carburator on a splitter to the cylinders, hand cast pistons and a chain primary drive.

it's like a orgasm for me eyes to look at that thing, and the whole film is basically just the bike being build and perfected <3

Haven't seen too many movies lately...which is odd for me because I usually see a a lot of the movies that come out during the summer. The last few that I can remember was The Great Gatsby and Pacific Rim. I guess I still have a little time left to go see the new wolverine movie though.

The last latest movie I went to watch was Percy Jackson: Sea of Monster (which turns out to be somewhat disappointing - though I loved the filmography and CG - LOVED THE SNAKES [spoilers])

The last movie I watched at home was a Chinese movie, The Viral Factor - actors were Jay Chou and Nicholas Tse. Decided to watch that movie to laugh at how the characters run (LITERALLY RUN) from one place to another (which normally takes 45 minutes when driving) within 5 minutes! XD

Last movie I saw was Pacific Rim opening weekend. Despite the fact the story had a few problems, I went in hoping and expecting for one thing and one thing only: giant robots fighting giant monsters. As long as it delivered enough of that, I would be satisfied. And despite a few..."issues" that's pretty much what I got. Campy action at it's finest.

I think I will give it a 9 out of 10.
