Fighter - Rarity.  Better at hand to hand than most think, plus her telekinesis makes her a a range fighter automatically. 

 

Weaponry- Rainbow Dash.  When all else fails, Sonic Rainnuke 'em from space.

 

Brains:  Obviously Twilight.

 

Doctor:  Fluttershy

 

Speed figher:  Pinkie.  Who needs actual speed when you have teleportation and pinkie sense?

Speed fighter- Rainbow Dash - I read speed, thought of Rainbow Dash...Oh and she's a black belt in martial arts so that's pretty damn impressive.
