If you wanna make one, I suggest you get familiar with Photoshop or any photo-editing software that you may find interesting. Go ahead and google "GIMP", it's essentially a freeware version of Photoshop, but less...Expensive? and...in-depth. Great for beginning and there's plenty of YouTube videos that people have made as tutorials for GIMP! If you don't wanna go through all those shenanigans then, as previously mentioned get yourself to the Free Signatures Thread! EDIT: Few spelling errors.
