What is the name of this pony?

A lot of the ponies in MLP:FIM have been named by the fans, but I could not find anything about this one.

 

 

Which is a shame because he is my favorite by far of the backgrounf ponies.

Especially love his cutie mark, which I assume is because he likes to eat or something.

Ponibooru has him listed as "Russell", which I can only assume is based on the character with the same name from "Up".

Yeah looks like it hasn't really been decided yet after I did some more research.

So I guess well see what name the future brings him.

We see him briefly hugging Twist in Hearts and Hooves Day. That could bring a new twist, so to speak, to naming possibilities. Perhaps his name is something along the lines of some sort of sweet or candy or something like that?)
