Mmmm, is the image when you upload it like that? 

 

You probably need to pop it in editing software and swap it around. You can probably do that with the regular paint program.

Have you tried rotating it in your phones editor ? There should be one.

I did that on my phone with the editing on it, i cant get it rightside up just keeps going on its side

First, if the image you are using is in your phone, then, you need to go to the Gallery of your mobile device. Thereafter, select the image, search for "Options," and try to find one that has something close to "Rotate Image to Right/Left." All that you need to do next is to make the edited image your profile picture!

If you're doing this on your phone, it's possible that the phone is auto-rotating when you are looking at the raw image file on the phone to fit the phone's display better. If you can't get the file over to a computer to check it yourself, I would send the picture to someone who can check the image itself on a regular computer for you.
