[Chapter 1]
It was cold, dark, and scarry for everypony that day.

The wind howling like the timberwolves.

Trees swaying in the wind, and clouds blocking out the shine of the midnight's moon.

 Amber Wing, Was sitting inside by the fire.

Getting warmed up for the night's cold wintery storm.

Suddenly he heard hoofsteps, then knocking *knock knock knock*.

"Hello?" cried out a voice from the other side of his door, "Anyone there?".
Curious, Amber Wing walked to the door, and opened it warry of what might be there, Or who.

Once the door was open enoguh for Amber Wing to get a good look at who was there.

He noticed a Cyan mare, with a Rainbow mane.

"Hello" said the mare, "May I come in?" she asked with eyes reflecting the fire that
Amber Wing had set up for the cold night.

Sure, Come in" Said Amber Wing, Stepping out of the way to let the mare in.

"What are you doing out in the cold?" He asked curiously.

"I couldn't fly home due to the weather" she replied.

"Noone would answer their doors, and those who did just made me go away." she said.

"Thank you so much for allowing me inside, It was getting really cold" said the mare, then laying down at the fire.

"No problem" he replied.

covering up the Mare with a blanket.

Amber Wing felt sorry for the mare, and did not know what to do to help.

"Notice: This storm will be straight through ponyville for a few weeks, give or take. If you are able to, stay in doors at all time" said the Weather Report.

Amber Wing then turned off the television, and layed next to the mare, and started to sleep.

[Chapter Two]

Amber Wing started to wake up,
He Noticed that the mare was gone.

He figured she had left for home after the
the storm had passed.

He stood up and walked outside to find out
the storm had not passed, but that it had gotten
worse.

Slightly worried for the mare,
He put on his coat and headed out to look for her.

Not finding any signs of the mare for two hours,
He figured just to go home, and that the mare could
maybe take care of herself.

When he walked into his house, he heard a familuar voice.

"Where have you been?" asked the mare.

"Looking for you," he replied, "I thought you left.".

"Well, You didn't check the house first?" she asked.

"Uhg," grunted the mare "I guess I could have" he said feeling
a bit stupid and embarrised.

"Yea.. Uhm.. Sorry" said Amber Wing
