okay, so i was watching some episodes on eq.tv. but then some troll got there, displaced one letter in my username and now i got muted. so i have to ask, can't you guys make a more restricted login or something? now i got muted for things i didn't do and that troll is still out there.

Keep in mind that EQTV is still under development, it is by no means 'done', yet. Improvements to all sorts of features are coming at some point or another. If you contact the moderators themselves through PM and explain the situation, they should be more than capable of helping out
