Heart: Obligatory 'without it you die' choice. Of course, without many others you would die, but this is one of the main ones, same as the brain, but..meh.

 

Tongue: Without this, no tasting, as far as I know. Food would be a lot less enjoyable and much harder to eat.

I might add a couple more down the line. The human body is fascinating. I would have said brain too, because of obvious reasons and I do think of a bunch of imaginative ideas and whatnot, I have mental problems that hinder me and I have hydrocephalus as well, which heavily involves the brain/head region.

My brain. Without my brain I wouldn't be able to imagine things, to draw, or to do anything creative. I also love my eyes. But if I didn't have my brain whatever I saw with my eyes wouldn't have any meaning.

I am also super squeamish so I can't even LOOK at hearts, blood, veins, anything of the like.

Plenty of people said penis and its various other slang terms but nobody has said vagina yet, if I had one that would have been my answer. My answer was the joking one of well I think you can figure it out and the serious one of the brain.

Well, ever since my mom's kidneys and bladder started going shitty, I don't care much to them. LEARNING is fun thougThough, I would say the liver is my favorite and the large intestine.

I made personas/people versions of the organs for classes and health in general. I love pairing my human version of the liver and Large Intestine. (Liver is a boy with a head strung twin and Large is a stubborn girl) But IRL, its just Liver. It can perform so much shit, its the nerd slave people have in classes when you don't do work. Liver does so much AND can regrow.

I would say ears are my fave body one since I like hearing music and sort.
