The elemetalist ponies appeared to fade into extinction. Until a grand elementalis pony froze half of equestria, But was quickly defeated by a group of Elementalis ponies. Or do we get them after a little while? Speaking of that his power is that he can make fire (duh). The cloth around his neck helps him to not completely combust for some strange, probably magical, reason. He can also sense a fire even if smoke is not visible or able to be smelled.
