The Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 6000 Sounds.

The horn, the sound of it driving, the sound of it idling and the sound of it POWER DOUBLED

Is that supposed to be a request for me to extract that? Not sure I could do it, but I'm actually preparing for my vacation that I'll be taking mid-July to early August right now. I wouldn't be able to start anything for another 2 months. You could try asking InfinityDash or MrNewbyNewb on YouTube in the meantime, however.

Let The Music Do The Talking!

Wow, great collection! Anderson and Ingram are music gods as far as I'm concerned. Their work is amazing.

Of course, if I'm requesting something that's already available and missed it, please let me know. Also, if featured songs (i.e., "non-BGM") aren't a priority, or if a song doesn't require dialog removal and you wouldn't want to bother for that reason, I can certainly understand.

But even if little processing is required, having the music extracted is still handy, and if you're looking for suggestions, I can recommend some superb examples for the queue:

S02E07: The Find A Pet Song. The most epic pony duet ever, a brilliant pairing of Ashleigh and Andrea, and a tribute to the finest show tunes Broadway and Hollywood have to offer. A good clean rip of that with sound effects minimized would be like the Second Coming.

S02E08: Rainbow Chases The Mysterious Mare-Do-Well. Mare-Do-Well's theme is some of Anderson's best scoring, and it's found throughout the episode, but the final chase scene is incredible. Fans have compared it to Danny Elfman's work for Batman: The Animated Series, but with the utmost of respect for the legendary Mr. Elfman, I have to say I think Anderson has outdone him. This is music worth catching.

S02E16: Daring Do's Musical Cues. A compilation of the cues for Daring Do, from Rainbow first being tempted to read the book to the perils of the temple to her defeat of Ahuizotl, with sound effects and dialog/narration removed, would be a feat of renown. It would also be a lot of work, because Ashleigh narrates over pretty much all of it. But it's great music, if you're looking for a challenge.

S02E18: Smile Smile Smile. A version of this without the "hellos" and "howdies" (or left in, artistic choice) would be excellent. This is one of those songs that starts out simple and leads to an epic conclusion. Pinkie's fanbase jumped 63% after this song aired.

Anyway, I know these things don't happen on their own, nor right away, that you'll be vacationing soon (grats!) and hiatuses ("hiati?") are a fact of life, so these are just suggestions, and certainly not demands. But as your time and interest permit at some point in the future, I can attest you will definitely have at least one "customer" if you and/or your collaborators decide to take any of these on.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have a few songs to listen to... B)

P.S. If Hasbro ever does OST releases for this show, I would buy them in a heartbeat, on reflex, no deliberation required.

Very cool. I have a new respect and love for the show because of these great background tracks. Do you know what Anderson and Ingram to create the tracks? Like is it a fancy midi program or something, because I doubt they have a live orchestra to do the scores which would be so awesome if they did.

I'm sorry for seeming so obtuse- yes it was a request and I'm sorry for not participating the thread more properly.

I had replies in this thread? How the hell did I miss them? ;_;

Of course, if I'm requesting something that's already available and missed it, please let me know. Also, if featured songs (i.e., "non-BGM") aren't a priority, or if a song doesn't require dialog removal and you wouldn't want to bother for that reason, I can certainly understand.

I actually don't take requests, mainly because I'm a perfectionist at what I do, and therefore very slow. Got plenty of tunes I'd love to rip without even needing help from anyone, really. Not a slight on you, but, I've always ignored requests from other people simply because I don't have the time to get to them.

Also, InfinityDash and MrNewbyNewb tend to rip the songs. I'd recommend checking out their channels and talking to them for the things you might like to see.

I think MrNewbyNewb ripped that one before his older YouTube account got shut down (can't remember off hand if he did it or not). It's not up on his current channel, but if you ask him he may still have the rip saved.

InfinityDash expressed interest in doing this one, but for some reason... no one has done it yet. He's extremely busy right now as well. Maybe someday, though.

Any of these work?

S02E18: Smile Smile Smile. A version of this without the "hellos" and "howdies" (or left in, artistic choice) would be excellent. This is one of those songs that starts out simple and leads to an epic conclusion. Pinkie's fanbase jumped 63% after this song aired.

How about this?

Neither of them use a live orchestra on the show as there's no budget for it. All of the music is sampled. You would have to ask them what programs they use specifically because, well, that's not my expertise and I can't remember at all.

Anyone knows where can I find the Cutie Mark Crusaders background theme FROM the Call of the Cutie episode (when they are in the Cutie-añera).

It's the same music you listen in The Show Stoppers and Party of One, but I like the Call of the Cutie version more.
