Kougami Shinya from Psycho-Pass (the guy) Aladdin AND Jasmine while we're at it. In this particular outfit. These three particular characters from Shiki. Marshall Lee and Marceline I almost forgot Jacques from Suikoden III! I don't know why I like this character so much. Every character from Free! except Matsuoka Rin because shark teeth. Sorry but... shark teeth. No. And to agree with some previous choices, Link, Vash the Stampede, Hiei, Sam from Totally Spies, Matt from Digimon, and Ritsuka from Loveless (even though my headcannon of him is that he's gay.) It was seriously dated My cartoon crush is actually HIM from Powerpuff Girls. .... And yes, I am aware how incredibly insane that sounds. Don't get me wrong, he's creepy as hell and my fave villain of PPG because he's the most evil, but i think its something to do with his slender figure, mysterious personality and how confident he is in his plans.
