"STEPHAN! Where are you?!" Fire shouted. "You guys wait here, I'm going to go and find Stephan, then we'll get back to Ponyville and figure out our next move." Fire started running in the direction Stephan had fallen.

Starburst winced at the mention of Stephan's name, it wasn't somepony he wanted to see or speak to, rather, Stephan wouldn't want to see him.

Stephan began to regain visions of what happened as he ran. He remembered dashing right through Dread's gut with the rainbow beam. Who also remembered doing a sonic rainboom as he was falling to the ground.

"Oh, boy. I can't wait to brag to Dash when I get back!" Stephan exclaimed while running. He then began seeing a figure in the distance.

"Stephan? Thank goodness I found you." Fire said. "We haven't got long, Light and Steel were taken to Tartarus, something to do with an unfulfilled debt between Steel and the devil, we know nothing about this, only that we must fix it as soon as we possibly can."

 

Starburst remembered the rage he felt at Stephan for hurting Caramel, it was something he didn't think he could do.

"Grand, I'm going back to Ponyville, I have to make sure Glint is okay. Mum, you should just stay here with them." Starburst said, he wanted to leave before Stephan got to them, so he flapped his wings, flew off into the sky and teleported.

 

Glint wanted to have some fun, but she didn't know what to do.

Steel opened his eyes to a familer sight the stairs of heaven those who climbed up would be climbing forever or if they where worthy they would get to heaven but the ponies who knew they couldnt go to hevan would go down, steel began the long trek down as he walked he saw light streak but didn't bother talking to him he felt bad for him becuase light might spend eternity climbing

((when you enter tartarus you willl be there and that's not even the first ring it's just where all the dead go))

Stephan's eyes raised up

"You mean we have to travel all the way toTartarus to rescue them? That's crazy... but I'm all in!" Stephan said with a laugh. "C'mon, let's get back to the others so they know we're okay."

Stephan and Fire began walking back to Appleoosa. 

"Anything else happen after my fall?"

"Missy almost died but Light took her place, because you were meant to die." Fire said. "...and somepony else had to give up their life for it." Fire kept mostly silent after that. "Starburst is having problems though, after what happened with you. I'm sure you remember."

"Wait, hold on. Your son is still bent up about killing me? Even after I've come back?" Stephan asked, a little concerned. "He's my nephew. I can't stay mad at him. All he wanted to do was protect his marefriend. When we get back to Ponyville, I'm going to have to talk to him about this."

Zeta stepped in to comfort Grand for the time being, knowing that these losses would be very heavy unless somehow they were saved. "Hmmmn.... Well, all we have to do now is look on the bright side of things. We got Dread out of here for good, so that's always one positive. But even so I don't know if this is or not..."

He moved in front of her, giving a blush while looking down somewhat. "Grand, remember how a while ago I said I might come back to liking you..? Well from Dread, that.. Spark, it ignited again and I want you... Again. It's alright to say no if you're not looking for a relation right now, but just know i'll be there."

 

Back at the house, Moon was with Caramel playing around with her. She never told her that she had already got a good reading of how the baby looks like, being that she had to see her internal problems and such to reboot Glint's heart. But even so Moon just kept on going by like it was nothing.

"Mmhm, she's saying Mama now. Sirius couldn't pronounce words until she was 2 months old actually, maybe alicorns are just sped up in growh a little more."

Grand hugged Zeta tightly. "I'm glad you came back. I thought you left for good" she said quietly. "I missed you"

 

Caramel smiled, happily playing with Glint. "She must be. Either that or she's some weird super genius" she said, going off in her own mind for a bit. "Nah, I'm sure it's just the alicorn thing"

Grand hugged Zeta tightly. "I'm glad you came back. I thought you left for good" she said quietly. "I missed you"

 

Caramel smiled, happily playing with Glint. "She must be. Either that or she's some weird super genius" she said, going off in her own mind for a bit. "Nah, I'm sure it's just the alicorn thing"

Zeta was shocked at first, but then hugged her back and smiled once more. "I.. I missed you too actually, and I've missed the time we spent together... Now c'mon, lets go enjoy eachother now back at your house alright~?"

 

"Alicorn thing probably, since I've read about how unicorns are usually accelerated in school and such. Being an alicorn just makes things work harder which might be why." She said and began to rub Glint's belly.

Grand sighed. "Zeta, what do you want later in life? After all of this is over, what do you want? I need to know before anything gets out of hoof." She said, taking a step back

"All I want really is..." He said while scratching his head a little, but looked up to her. "I just want a nice life, with you. I want to be with you Grand, giving you some nice love in a nice house out in Ponyville. Maybe have kids, and start a family too.."

 

Moon nodded and smiled. "Yes indeed, it's more like a rare birth defect but like an added bonus. Usually it's around a 4% chance or so for one alicorn mother and one regular pony, a 1% chance if it's a unicorn and Pegasus, and it's a 0% chance if there's either an earth pony involved or two of the same kinds UNLESS it's an alicorn and earth pony, then it's like 0.66% or something. It's insane if you think about it, hehe..~"

Grand put her head down. "That's what I thought" she made sure no one else was around before looking at Zeta. "I... I can't give you that Zeta. As much as I wish I could, I just... I just can't"

 

Caramel looked at moon, awestruck. "So... How did you know all that stuff? That's some pretty crazy smart pony stuff" caramel said, not really understanding all that information

Grand put her head down. "That's what I thought" she made sure no one else was around before looking at Zeta. "I... I can't give you that Zeta. As much as I wish I could, I just... I just can't"

 

Caramel looked at moon, awestruck. "So... How did you know all that stuff? That's some pretty crazy smart pony stuff" caramel said, not really understanding all that information

Moon tinked her head a few times with her right hoof. "It's all about being a mother really, you learn the things that would be necessary in life. Heck when I found out my second daughter was a sea pony, the doctors looked into it and said I had around a 2% chance of it happening from my blood line."

 

"What... What do you mean Grand?" He said, getting serious and tilted his head. "Why cant you, give me that..? Is there something wrong, insecurity or something about how it might be hard?" Tell me, please. I'll understand you..."

Grand took a wavering breath. "I went to the doctors earlier today. He... He told me it was nearly impossible to properly carry a child" she said, her voice shaky as she wiped her eyes. "I don't want to take that ability away from you."

 

Caramel smiled. "Yeah, I'm really sorry about your other daughter. But your pretty lucky to have Sirius, she's a sweetheart"

Grand took a wavering breath. "I went to the doctors earlier today. He... He told me it was nearly impossible to properly carry a child" she said, her voice shaky as she wiped her eyes. "I don't want to take that ability away from you."

 

Caramel smiled. "Yeah, I'm really sorry about your other daughter. But your pretty lucky to have Sirius, she's a sweetheart"

Zeta was stunned by then, his mouth opening slightly but held back any tear. "He, he.. Told you what..? You cant carry a child, anymore can you..." Almost immediately then he began walking in circles and kept shaking his head violently. "No, that cant be true. I know you can have a child Grand, I just know it.. But, but... But.... What, area or thing did he say that prevented you, from..."

 

Moon shook her head. "It's alright, really. And thanks for the complement on Sirius, i'm glad I have her now. You know you sister was the one who helped me move on, after both the child incident and the divorce too, so I really like her a lot as a friend."

"The, uterus, huh..." He said sadly, looking down. "That means your womb in you.. It's shaped abnormally, which to me is heartbreaking..." But eventually, Zeta inhaled deeply and tried his best not to let any tears out. "Can, is there.. A way to get it fixed?"

 

Moon just laughed at Caramel's comment and shook her head. "Hey, speaking out isn't always for everypony you know. On occasion it can be a gift or a curse, but in all honesty if you learn how to train your mind in speaking right, then you might just be like Grand..~"

Steel finally made it down be looked around nothing had changed the he looked at the river Styx and the boat with a pony standing on the back holding his good out he sighed and walked over to a fountain and reached in he pulled out two bits and walked over to the boat and handed the stallion the bits as he climbed I'm

Caramel looked up at the ceiling. "Nah, grands too much of a pansy. We were never alike, the fact we get along so well is pretty miraculous" caramel said, blowing a curly lock of hair out if her face

"Well then, I guess..." But he stopped to wipe away one tear and sniffed. "If you ever want, then we could try once when you're ready.. You know? It may not work the first time or even the second, but.. I believe in you that you could carry a baby for (I put it as 11) months without any miss carriages as long as you try, okay?" Zeta pulled Grand in again to give a tight hug and rocked side to side. "Lets not let it affect our life now, since we can worry about it later. Because i'm not going to not love you just because you have a problem, since it's not as important as your life.."

 

Moon thought back for a moment, then decided to hug Caramel with the one hoof she had. "I never had that problem, since my brother and I would get along and we never see eachother much at all since he was technically an Alicorn spirit. I think, 19 was the age I last saw Sun Wave. Siri was about to be born by then, and from there I never got to see him again."

Grand sighed and hugged Zeta tightly. She put her muzzle into his neck. "What about Steel and Light? We need to focus on saving them too" she said, calming down

 

Caramel looked at Moon. "I didn't know you had a brother. Maybe you should look him up, see if he's still around... Wait that's not what I meant, I'm sure he's just fine and not dead... I'm just gonna stop talking now" she huffed, putting her head in her hoof

Grand sighed and hugged Zeta tightly. She put her muzzle into his neck. "What about Steel and Light? We need to focus on saving them too" she said, calming down

 

Caramel looked at Moon. "I didn't know you had a brother. Maybe you should look him up, see if he's still around... Wait that's not what I meant, I'm sure he's just fine and not dead... I'm just gonna stop talking now" she huffed, putting her head in her hoof

"You don't think I forgot about them, do you?" Zeta replied while smiling, giving a kiss on her forehead. "Once we figure a way to save the two and FINALLY get our precious time back, then we can be together."

 

Moon started laughing a bit. "He's not dead, but many ponies would say it since he's an Alicorn spirit looking down upon us from the heavens. Sunlight Highwave is his name, and on very rare occasions Sun can come down to visit in a physical form. Maybe because of the trotter outbreak, he was filled with everything."

Grand smiled. "Okay. I think they mentioned something about going to Tartarus. I guess then we can honestly say we've been through hell and back" she said with a slight laugh

 

Caramel stared at Moon for a bit. "So... Your brother isn't actually a real pony? Is your brother a ghost? Or maybe like, an angel. Wouldn't he have to die first either way?" She said, again letting her mouth run

Zeta nodded, rubbing his hoof through Grand's mane and then gave a cute lick on her snout. "You and I, along with everypony else will get to say that once we come back out of.. I call it hell. But trust in me that you'll live through it all, alright? Under my protection you will not die, at all..~"

 

"Celestia did everything, allowing Sun's body to take form of a spirit or regular physical. He's most similar to an angel, yes and he is a real pony. Maybe once he can come back down to meet everyone, i'll show you."
