Well you list a person you love, a of people/a person you tolerate, and people/person you just wanna go fully cupcakes on (it doesnt need to be from the forums but it is recommended)

 

ex. i love muffins, i tolerate JB fangirls, and i wanna make brony haters into cupcakes

I don't get this "think what the person under you will say" I'd skip that rule if I were you.
