How to post a blog?

I can't believe I actually have to ask this question, but I literally cannot figure out the answer myself.

 

How on earth do you post a blog? I've searched through my profile high and low for a way to post one, but I cannot find it. I feel completely retarded right now.

EDIT: I assume that your problem is solved now, so I will lock this topic. The FAQ entry does a great job of explaining in detail how to make a blog post, and it includes illustrations to enhance its descriptions.
