My favorite unofficial remix is @Aurelleah's version of "Flawless". While the original version was already great, I think this version makes it catchier and more powerful. A dance remix with a more interesting arrangement than the original – that's no mean feat!

As for official remixes, the DJ Pon-3 remix album may be a bit of a mixed bag, but Rubicon 7's remix of "Becoming Popular" (or "Every Pony" as it's called there) is my favorite. It doesn't have the original vocals (like many other tracks on the album), but other than that, I'd go as far as pick this one over the original.
