The nurse wheeled Charcoal behind the doctor. "Just stay calm sweetie. i know a baby is a really big thing to look forward to. Are you nervous at all?" She asked "I mean. "He is nervous, he told me as we were leaving to come here." Charcoal said to the nurse as she wheeled her along. "And yes, I am very nervous. This, wasn't exactly a planned thing. It just sort of happened, though being in heat will usually do that to a mare, am I right?"

Charcoal was fuming. It was one thing to do bad things to them but insulting Jack in front of her was going too far.

"Ok that's it!" Charcoal jumped out of her wheelchair and landed on top of the nurse. "I get that you deal with annoying ponies but I will not just stand by while you insult my coltfriend!" Charcoal was fuming. It was one thing to do bad things to them but insulting Jack in front of her was going too far.

The doctor led them into the echo room. He starts getting the equipment ready. "Alright, set her on the bed and we can get started. Though the dart only lasts a minute so she will be waking up in a minute. And I would prefer an awake calm pregnant mare to a surprised one."

He then led them down the hall and into the room. The doctor released his magical grip on the wheelchair. "I'll let the two of you get situated." He left the room, closing the door behind him.

Crystal sighed. He wasn't going to question her hair any further, which was good because she didn't want to embarres herself when he screamed and ran off. "Yes, that does sound like a good idea. But you are paying though." She joked, tryung to keep the mood as light as possible.

"You know any good restaurants around here?" he asked. She'd said she had been to Paris before, and although it had been only a while, she had to eat in the short time she'd been here.

Charcoal was woken up by Jack talking to her. She had heard what he said but it took her a few seconds to respond with how tired she was. "Right right. Well I actually do have a pretty good paying job, and I pretty much just work from home so I can have the job. Can I sleep now?"
