Well first off I like rainbows. 

 

And second, it's the whole loyalty thing.  Betrayal is one of the things I dislike the most, so a loyal friend is something I admire.

Personally I don't like boasting and showing off, but she's loyal, a team player and able to learn some humbleness and humility, which is why I like her.  Though I like all of them.

And second, I feel I can relate to her she is quite shy and IRL I am also quite shy, She is self conscious and I am VERY self conscious and she has stage fright I also have this.

Do you guys wanna know why I like Applejack? I wrote this ages ago (so it might be a bit outdated), but I'll paste it here for you guys to read.

 

"One big reason why I love Applejack so much is because she's so dedicated to helping others, whether it be her family, her friends, or even the entire town of Ponyville. In Applebuck Season, she overworks herself on the farm, but she also helps Rainbow Dash, Pinkie, and Fluttershy - although all attempts to help her friends end in nearly disastrous results. Still, Applejack puts her need for rest aside and is willing to help. In The Last Roundup, Applejack loses the rodeo and is thus unable to win the money needed to fix the town hall - but does that stop her? Heck no! Applejack takes a job to send the money she promised. Apple Family Reunion is another good example, as AJ becomes very eager to put on the perfect family reunion for the Apple Family.

 

My second reason is that Applejack has many good and admirable traits. She's honest, hard-working, dependable, loyal, helpful, kind, humble, strong... and so much more. She's very level-headed and doesn't panic in a crisis, choosing to simply solve her problems. If there's one FiM character whom I can respect, it's Applejack. No question.

 

Also, I would like to mention that I find AJ's stubbornness to be a great flaw for her character. It shows that Applejack isn't perfect and can be independent to a fault. I feel that I can relate to AJ here, as I can be quite stubborn myself sometimes.
