My problem is that they all seem to try way too hard. Like they don't feel natural at all while talking or reacting to stuff. Everything feels so fake and plastic.

 

 I enjoy a let's player that acts natural. They don't have to be particularly funny or amazingly clever. They just have to be genuine and show that they are enjoying what they're doing. That kind of attitude is what makes a good let's play to me.

I'll just separate myself from others by doing exactly what I want to do. I'll play the games I want to play, say what I feel like saying about them, offering my own opinions. I don't think a let's player really needs any sort of actual gimmick or anything.

 

 I'll just make the let's plays for myself. I'll be completely content if I only end up with like 15-20 subscribers. That's 15-20 people who are enjoying my videos.

Well sure. But I tend to find facecams a bit annoying a lot of the time. They just seem to take away from something. I'd do it for special videos or announcements, but not just an every day video.
