You do know that only sucrose counts as "sugar"?

Glucose, Fructose etc. are not "sugar" ; so they can be included while saying "no sugar" still. (and sucrose is just glucose+fructose)

At least that's how it works here, but let's be honest: if it's like that in Germany, and it's about food, it's probably like that in the entire EU.

Also sweeteners. And those don't really make it better, since, iirc what our biology teacher told us, they still trigger you to create insulin because they're sweet. So you fight sugar that isn't there, and that ain't healthy
