I'd rather be at work. This comes out of my leave time. I mean, I've got enough leave time to go around, but the fact that there's no water is bullshit. I really don't know what it could be, but water service here has been spotty in the past. Sometimes they do shut it off for maintenance but they never have it off for long. It's never kept me from having a shower so I can go to the office and not smell like corn chips. 

 

I think it might be a water main. I hope not. But that would make the most sense.

Can't you just order some gallons of water from your local water purifying service or something, fill up pales, then proceed to the bath? That's what we do when water is out in our area... :)

 

We don't have anything like that (at least, not that I'm aware of). I could go to the store and just buy 30 one gallon jugs of water but that'd be the most expensive bath I've ever had bar none lol Everything works through the plumbing. So when it gets omfgreallyeffingcold and a water main breaks, you're kinda screwed. 

 

I think there are showers at the gym I could use if worst comes to worst. I guess I could buy a pair of crocs (foot fungus, I've heard, is unpleasant) and go shower there.

 I'd probably try and enjoy the extra day off, but I hope your water comes back soon. Not having running water would suck, job or not.

Speaking of taking a bath, I haven't done so for quite a long time either, not because of lack of water, but because of the cold weather lately. :o:lol:
